Beware!!! No confirmed reservation by hotels.com
Pros:

The review reflects the attitude of the hotel towards its guests but partly also warns you about the unethical practices of hotel.com. We are a family of four including a 10 month old baby and 3 year old. We booked a two nights stay at this hotel and paid in full well before getting there. After a five hour drive from Baku to the hotel we were told the hotel was fully booked for the second night and we would have to check out at 12 pm. This was at 6 pm. The local agent then called us to tell us that is true. I. The next hour he proceeded to offer us alternative arrangement and also told us we could get a refund. We declined the alternative arrangement as it was a small room in the city. We have written to hotels.com but forget a refund they haven’t even responded to my emails. Don’t book on this site. They sell rooms that don’t exist.
