The bed and room was smaller than I was expecting.
De locatie en de mooie inrichting 😍
Het bed is was aan de kleine kant, we hadden wel de goedkoopste optie 😉
Beautiful hotel in a perfect location . The room was lovely and the beds and pillows super comfortable. The attention to detail was perfect.
There wasn’t anything
It was central and beautifully maintained.
There was a lot of student noise overnight
Hotel very nice tidy and clean 👌
Staff were friendly and polite.
Perfect location 👌
The location is awesome . We view from the window trough the courtyard is wonderful
They tried to charge extra cleaning for the room and claimed that someone has smoke cigar at the room which is not acceptable. And tried to charge to my credit card with out my allowance. Donot give them your credit card details
Staff and location
Breakfast was quite expensive.
Everything
A bit noisy at night only because of the location
character property in great location . Staff very helpful and great breakfast
nothing really , the rooms are not big but it's an older building .
Gorgeous gem of a hotel in a fantastic central location in Bath - perfect for sight-seeing or as in our case, attending a gig at the Bath Forum. We had a room on the top floor which was perfectly-appointed. The staff are professional and very friendly. There is a lovely atmosphere in this boutique hotel. The décor is wonderful as is the delicious breakfast!
Nothing
Everything! Location and a beautiful room

Cleanliness, comfortable, quaint, lovely staff, cleaning services and complimentary drinks/water, biscuits, well presented
A bit noisy on the first floor - noise from the street.

Very central location, boutique feel
Nothing
Nice room with good choice of tea/coffee etc. Very comfortable & very clean.
Honestly bar in the basement a nice touch
Noise from street below despite being on 3rd floor
I felt very comfortable staying on a solo trip and could find everything easily from here. The eggs benny with salmon was the best I have ever tasted! I will never find a better one. Also the shower was spectacular. Reception and also email responses were friendly.
My only suggestion is to have written instructions about check out time available in the room. Luckily I asked, but it was tricky to check out as reception opened 10 minutes before my airport taxi.
Lovely hotel. Room was spacious, clean and well-presented and had nice window seats. The honesty bar is a very charming space. All staff were friendly and helpful. Cooked breakfast tasted good. Would happily stay again. Very central.
This wasn't a problem for us, but some might like to know that half the hotel is in a separate building (20 seconds away) so you need to step outside to get to breakfast if you're in that building.
The cold breakfast range was limited - no cheeses or meats so I ended up having cooked. They supported my coeliac dietary requirements well by kindly heating up pastries I'd brought along, but I wish I didn't have to and that hotels would have more than just GF bread available - GF croissants etc can be kept ready in the freezer!
