Pros:

Great location.
Quaint hotel.

Cons:

Steep climb to bedrooms, gets narrower from each floor ( 3 floors). Be mindful booking if using a walking aid, or difficulty climbing/ descending stairs.
Being top floor, the room gets very warm. Dehumidifier in room, for air conditioning. However, it was VERY noisy having that running all night. Although the room is comfortable, you need the dehumidifier running to keep room temperature down, which is then hard to sleep. Felt exhausted when I woke. Tried to explain to the manager to come and see, as the dehumidifier hose, which was plumbed into the room, had popped off. Not there to fix plumbing. She told me "oh can't come". I asked for a partial refund but said she couldn't as the money was paid to Booking.com. I said, but you will be paid for the room. I was offered a free breakfast, but I had to leave before breakfast started at at 8 am.
£149 Room, nice room, but hot. If you don't mind a noisy humidifier running all night...go ahead. Also tried having a window open. Be aware...it gets noisy when pubs close!!

Pros:

Perfect except for the noise
Pros:

It’s very authentic, very nice room, furniture and interior design, beautiful view overlooking a nice square with restaurants , one minute walk to the Bath Abbey square .

Cons:

Very noisy early in the morning because of food deliveries and trash collection

Horrible
Cons:

In summer months, Top floor rooms are like sauna. They have AC but it is portable and make very loud noise. You are not able to open windows more then 5cm.

I was sweating bullets midnight. Opened AC and not able to sleep from noise. Wasted a day here.

Nice enough but not what we were expecting.
Pros:

We visited for one night. I suppose we should have predicted that a town house hotel would have stairs, but being on the top floor, the three flights of stairs were too much. We were quickly swapped to another room one floor lower which helped. However the honour bar is....down a set of stairs..which of course also made it difficult to access.

The rooms are comfortable enough bt the standard double is quite small, the bed also quite small and too soft for our comfort. Pillows were good though.

Bathroom was lovely, modern and very clean, as was fhe whole hotel. The provision of a sleep mask was thoughtful and fhe home made cookies lovely, but only two very small ones left us wanting more.

A bit strange there being no one on site evening or night, so it all felt a bit impersonal.

The biggest problem for us was fhe noise - not within the control of fhe hotel, but I'm putting it here to make people aware of what comes with a city centre hotel - shouting till late, seagulls and pigeons very early, bin lorries and glass recycling at 7 am on a bank Holiday.

Really cute
Pros:

Very central and near all attractions including the train station
Lots of lovely little extras in my room such as a coffee machine, biscuits every day, chocolate, etc
My room was in an annexe round the corner which wasnt a problem
Shower was huge and super powerful
Staff very friendly and helpful
Local literature in my room
Heating easy to work
My single room was small but I peeked into some double rooms which were huge

Cons:

Window was quite draughty which made the room cold. Also a seal over a hole. Looks like from a dryer outlet
Coffee machine leaked
Also the blind was broke snd only rolled up a few inches

Pros:

Loved the room! It was very clean. The little details really matter because it makes the room better. I came from a previous hotel close to this one and hygiene and cleanliness of the room was awful but coming to this one I felt like home!

Cons:

No :)

Excepting the noise at night, the stay was comfortable, good value and an outstanding location.
Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

Street noise was quite noticeable with people carrying on in the street below until late. Wouldn’t be a problem with either better sound proofing, double planed windows or a/c that would allow for the window being closed during sleeping, or both.

Great stay and would definitely recommend
Pros:

Central location
Cleaning outstanding
Nothing too much trouble for staff
As an air b nb owner myself I couldn’t fault it

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the slight noise coming from groups of people cutting across the square late at night - it didn’t really bother me but I had to out ear phones on to block it out at times but I would still come back and book it again
