Cons:

room was clean and tidy right at the top of the property - up 3 flights of stairs. everything was ok apart from the very load air-conditioning unit who's outlet pipe kept coming out of the wall - thus increasing the temperature of the room so my night time sleep was disturbed 3 times by having to put the pipe back in - Nightmare!

Wonderful - definitely recommend and we hope to return!
Pros:

Amazing location and historic building, right in the heart of Bath. Hotel is very chic and the honesty bar is a lovely touch.
We didn’t take breakfast but had everything on the doorstep.
Lovely selection of coffee, tea, water and home made cookies in the room.
Great shower.

Cons:

Stairs are a little uneven due to it being a historic building. I thought this was cute, also low doors, but I can see that some people might find it tricky.

Nice comfortable stay overall. I would stay again. Excellent location.
Pros:

Very English decor. Nice bathroom and fluffy towels. Comfortable bed with nice linens and good pillows. Wonderful breakfast. Staff was helpful in giving information about places to visit. Good gluten free offerings.

Cons:

Very steep stairs and no elevator so make sure you are up for a hike if you’re on a higher floor. The weather was extremely warm and the portable air conditioner helped but not great. Small window with view of a brick building.
