Gorgeous property, excellent location!
Pros:

Excellent location in a lovely quant square. Room was spacious and bed was very comfy. Lovely bathtub!

Cons:

The noise at night! Could really do with secondary glazing as the revelry was too loud.

Pros:

We had such a lovely night’s stay. The hotel was perfectly equipped, all the staff really helpful. Very good location. Breakfast was excellent. We’ll certainly revisit!

Pros:

Lovely, clean and beautifully decorated. Tea and homemade biscuits were nice. Fantastic location!

Cons:

Room and bathroom were quite small - perfect for one person, also OK for a couple - tight and cosy.

Good Stay and we will book again
Pros:

We stayed here over the valentines weekend. We were accommodated in the second property which was on the square. The hotel was very clean and rooms were very nice albeit compact. The shower was great with good pressure and good amenities. All the staff were extremely attentive. The main building accommodated the honestly bar which was very well equipped and comfortable with TV and music available. Breakfast was a little disappointing but all in all we had a good stay and will return but we would definitely request to be accommodated in the main building to provide more access to the breakfast room and bar. If you are booking this hotel, it’s always worth asking which building you will be staying in.

Great small hotel in a perfect location for exporing Bath.
Pros:

It is a lovely small hotel, in a great location. It is a historical building, so the building is interesting.
The staff were all very helpful.

Cons:

The location is what attracted me, however, the building is very interesting. Our main bedroom and bathroom has fireplaces. The floors slope and the stairs are definitely original. The bed was very comfortable, lovely bedding, nice toiletries and extras in the room

Bathtub in the room.
Location which is close to everything and I love to see the big tree right outside our room.
The room is lovely and clean.

Cons:

The location is very central, which is convenient, but it does mean there can be some noise. On the morning we were leaving, unfortunately, a large truck was parked right outside our room, so we had to keep all the blinds closed.

Despite this, it’s a good option if you want to be in the middle of everything, just be aware that street noise can sometimes be an issue.
