Categories

Cleanliness
9.3
Multiple reviews explicitly praise very clean rooms and bathrooms; several guests note high standards of cleanliness and fresh water/fruit available in the corridors.
Service
9
Reception and staff repeatedly described as very friendly and helpful; one request (locking atrium) was denied which caused some annoyance but overall service sentiment is positive.
Location
8.3
Quiet, green location on the outskirts is repeatedly praised for peacefulness and proximity to Dortmund; some guests note it is a bit off the main bike route and slightly remote for evening dining or walking to town.
Room Quality
7.8
Rooms are described as large, bright and basic with comfortable beds, but several negatives (no TV, sparse furnishings, bed creaking, no AC/ventilator) reduce the room-quality score.
Amenities
8.7
Strong points include secure bicycle garages, free parking, terrace for breakfast, water/fruit self-service; missing in-room TV and lack of air conditioning are noted as drawbacks.
Value for Money
7.9
Mixed signals: several guests praise breakfast and cleanliness, but one review calls breakfast sparse for the price and another notes the accommodation is not 'hotel standard', suggesting modest value concerns.
Food and Beverage
9.2
Breakfast is frequently described as good, varied and enjoyable (outdoor terrace, gluten-free options, good coffee and teas); overall very positive F&B sentiment.
Overall Experience
8.6
Overall positive impression: many guests would return and describe the stay as restful and pleasant, though some issues (heatwave discomfort, smokers in atrium, intermittent internet) temper the experience.

Einmal und NIE wieder. Preis-Leistung stimmt gar nicht
Pros:
