Pros:

Location was great--just a 10 minute walk to the tourist area. The room was nice and bed was comfortable. Staff was very helpful. On site parking is big plus but make sure to reserve a spot. We would definitely stay there again.

Unser erster Besuch war hervorragend.
Der letzte Besuch war durchschnittlich.
Unser Zimmer wurde erst um 16:30 gemacht, nachdem wir die Putzkräfte angesprochen haben.
Einen Room Service gab es praktisch gar nicht. Man wurde immer direkt mit der Rezeption verbunden. Wahrscheinlich wird aktuell am Personal gespart…

Overall good property with some recent renovation. Unfortunately, the room we were given, though in the renovated section, was smelling bad due to the drainage. The staff first agreed to change our room but once we got down with our bags seem to have a change of mind. They instead put a device to deodourise the room; and promised to fix the bathroom door to allow it to be closed properly. The bathroom door was never fixed. I did find the duvet covers dirty.The room was smaller than expected for 4 of us.

The room was excellent, especially the bed which was very comfortable.
The breakfast was terrible. We had to queue as the seating area was not big enough to cope with demand and the food was terrible. Very poor coffee too.

Pros:

It was a quick and easy walk from the train station, but it was more in a business/construction zone. It was still a convenient walk to all the beautiful action. The rooms were filled with amenities and the staff is amazing. Also, the pool/spa takes one hour appointments to rent, but it is open late which is wonderful.
