Beautiful hotel
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff. Some barriers would be internet didn't work so I couldn't pay with credit card, had to find an atm to pay. Also no airport shuttle, had to call uber but because it is in a gated community, I had to walk to the entrance to meet uber.

Pros:

Great experience! Things I liked: place very safe, everything was very clean, great staff. Things to improve: beds are too loose, same breakfast every day and no options.

Terrible customer service. Hotel never responded
Pros:

They canceled my reservation with the excuse that they had "technical difficulties". When I called to clarify the situation, they did not answer the phone. I made my reservation a couple of months back taking advantage of the price, so I believe they were not satisfied with the price at the time, since those dates are very demanding due to the end of the year rates. It is not my fault that the price for my reservation was lower than what they have in mind to give the rooms for.

Pros:

Super nice, very clean and beautifully furnished. Staff didn't speak English, and we didn't speak much Spanish, but we made it work!
Very friendly, delicious breakfast and fabulous coffee.
