Pros:

Location is convenient.

Cons:

The main issue with this accommodation is the extremely poor soundproofing. On our first night, the guests next door were incredibly noisy. It sounded like a large group of people; every time they went in or out, the door slammed loudly. To make matters worse, someone was singing until 1 or 2 AM, making it completely impossible for my friends and me to get any sleep.

We reported this to the management. They were polite and offered to move us to another room. However, since we were only staying for two nights in total, we decided not to go through the hassle of packing and moving.

The second night was slightly quieter, but the core problem remains. The soundproofing desperately needs to be improved for future guests.

Great, just no air
Pros:

Appartment and location is nice. 10min ride with train to main train station.

Cons:

Ventilation is not good. You have a wall of windows you can't open and have to breathe central vent air with notes of whatever the neighbours are cooking. It is the only reason my rating is so low. It's like being in a windowless hotel room with no fresh air, but you can look outside all you like.

Appartement propre et confortable
Pros:

A 2 minutes de la gare, supérette au rez-de-chaussée, appartement confortable et lumineux, lits confortables, très propre à notre arrivée.

Cons:

Ventilation et lave vaisselles un peu bruyante mais ventilation réglable dans le placard. Avec mes bouchons à oreille c'était ok.

Good location, exceptionally clean.
Pros:

Family is in the area so it is a good location for us. Just a block from the train station which means easy access from the airport and to Helsinki. Studio was small but as advertised.

Cons:

The windows don't open--sometimes you just need fresh air.

Bright and clean and close to shops and public transport
Pros:

Open and bright setting, modern, very comfortable couch bed. Good location, very easy check on and check out process.

Cons:

Would have been good to have laundry detergent, but that's the only complaint.

Персонал, локація – дві хвилини від станції, дуже зручно якщо подорожуєте літаком.

Cons:

Вентиляція. Неможливо відкрити вікна, а вентиляція слабенька навіть якщо стоїть на 4. В ванній кімнаті при увімкненій вентиляції дуже сильно смердить пліснявою.

Buen alojamiento en relacion calidad precio.
Pros:

La ubicacion era buena y las camas eran comodas.

Cons:

El menaje de cocina era un poco escaso, solo habia una sarten y un cazo, tambien faltaban utensilios de cocina como cucharas, paletas y cazos para guisar.
El osfa cama era incomodo y no habia almohadas como tal para dormir en el.
