I have been twice already for location. This was my third and last time.
Pros:

100m to beach.
Central touristic location.

Cons:

Room at building A,shall down to ground floor,cross reception to building C for breakfast.
From road to hotel entrance almost blocked by setting dining table,guests of restaurant do not belong to hotel, particularly from 5PM up to 11 PM.
Hotel need to refresh. Dining room durty. Sleeping room was ok but mattress room 404 need to change. Bathroom extremely narrow to toilet bowl. The sink tap was loose, have to hold tap with two hands.
Breakfast poor, no jam,no butter. Restaurant staff without separate uniforms. There was even security guard clearing tables. I think enough negativ feed back.

La proximité de la plage et des commerces.

Cons:

Les photos de la piscine sont trompeuses : il n'y a pas de transats, l'essentiel de la terrasse étant consacré au bar (très sympathique au demeurant). On y va donc que pour se tremper mais pas de possibilité de lézarder

Great sea view.
Pros:

Great beach view, clean room and shower. Good breakfast buffet. Very short walk to the beach.

Cons:

The only little thing is there is a seafood restaurant in the courtyard and it smells like a fish market, but it is a beach city and it’s Vietnam so pare for the course.

I had to check out after the first night
Pros:

I guess being close to the beach is nice but also a curse because you have a busy street with a loud music

Cons:

It was gross, outdated, water wasnt hot, people from the outside can go and use the bar upstairs, cockroaches in the pool. Loud music from the outside. I had to leave earlier than planned

L'emplacement est proche de la plage et du centre touristique. De nombreux commerces à proximité.

Cons:

Les photos de la piscine sont trompeuses. Elle est à peine accessible : 2 transats à disposition serrés contre les vitres et tout le reste de la terrasse est rempli par les tabourets du bar.

theo như booking đăng là 4 sao có ăn sáng. Nhưng thú thực bữa ăn sáng thua bữa ăn bình dân. phòng ăn chụp ảnh đưa rất sang trọng nhưng thực tế vô cùng cũ và xuống cấp không sạch sẽ . đồ ăn nguội lạnh

thay vì đăng ký trên booking 4 sao nên trả về nhà nghỉ là phù hợp. bởi bản chất khu này không phải là khách sạn 4 sao
