Pros:

The property was ok stay

Cons:

The tv wasn’t working took about 40 minutes to fix. No kettle in the room housekeeping brought 4 different kettles until they got one to work and that one was faulty because you couldn’t close the lid wasted a lot of my time (90min) to get trivial things somewhat sorted!

Always fully booked and we enjoy our stay xxx staff are lovely and eager to please xx

Have had better stays but no issues … one room had a safe the other didn’t … the room fridges need updating and didn’t work x
Food was lovely but if you’re at the buffet late can be cold … they made us fresh chai when needed x

The noise coming from different parties,
If u are trying to relax, all u heard was loud music, it would put people from booking

It’s just the room that was given to us was not valuable for the money I have paid I did stay at property before, everything was perfect but just because I booked through a website this time it wasn’t a very good experience no towels shower gel was finished bedroom was too small for a couple
