Pros:

La literie très confortable et la chambre spacieuse.

Cons:

L'insonorisation n'est pas au top, on a entendu un ronfleur d'une autre chambre.
La salle de bain, pour sortir de la baignoire, il n'y a pas de poignée et le fond est glissant.
Le soubassement de la paroi de douche (baignoire) est un peu pourri (voir photo) et ça ce voit quand on est sur la cuvette des wc.

Si insistes, podemos solicitar la hoja de reclamaciones y denunciar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) (AEPD), ya que hay sentencias condenando a establecimientos por ello.
Deben de estar informados y no son ellos los culpables si no sus superiores que no leen ni se interesan en atender correctamente dentro de la ley de vulneración de tus datos personales y puedes oponerte,

Well appointed large room and bathroom. Comfortable and warm. Plenty of parking.Very reasonably priced buffet breakfast.

Cons:

We would not re book this hotel because they do not admit animals but this does not reflect on the quality of the hotel itself.
