Worst Value for Money Ever

Big room, although looks like its not been redecorred since it was built in tje 70s, pretty good location just 10 mins walk to plaza mayor

One of.the worst places Ive stayed in on bookng for value for money. I didnt pay full amount, which in the room says 180 euro night!!!!
Terrible staff, unfriendly and pretty much non existent. How this place had 4 stars I have NO idea.
5pm in the afternoon. And noone at the reception to help with a problem in the room. I had to phone the hotel and eventually someone in the bar picked up. I then waited nearly 15 mins for someone to attend me. The lights etc in my room.werent working, even when I put a card in the slot. It turns out you have to put 2 cards in!! Why not just tell me that in 1st place????
Also when we arrived the room they gave us was still being cleaned, why is it so difficult to communicate with the cleaning staff? Same in the morning, we had to repeatedly tell.the staff our room wasn't ready to be cleaned.
Oh, and obviously when we went to check out there was none there to do so. Ive had better service at cheap hostals, that ive paid a lot less for.

Buen hotel, en una ubicación aceptable en Almazán. Parking con recarga eléctrica (de pago)

Cons:

Los dos o tres puntos negativos lo fueron por el trato del personal.
Primero, al hacer el checking la persona encargada, sin mirar para nada nuestra reserva, nos dijo que ya nos había dado la tarjeta. Era mentira, acabábamos de llegar. Se negaba. Cuando finalmente le consulta a una compañera y mira la reserva, se había equivocado de persona.

Y después. yendo a competir en una prueba en la que se necesita na bicicleta, ningún deportista deja su bicicleta desantediad toda la noche: ni en el coche, ni en un sala... se puede decir que "duermen con ella". Es así en todos los hoteles. Aquí, nos pusieron muchas muchas pegas. (finalmente sí nos dejaron tenerla en la habitación)
