Although Im very happy for being there
Pros:

I liked the room very much. Food was excellent.

Cons:

I didn't like the staff's attitude; they acted a bit like they were being punished. The sheets and towels weren't changed. I expected more facilities for childrens

Liveable but improvements required
Pros:

Room was clean
Very nice food,
Easy access around the building to the different adjoining parts.

Cons:

Our room was very dated.
Bathroom could do with some TLC and fixtures replacing.
Slightly musty smell.
Very hard beds.
Hotel is being updated, but our room was obviously not at that point yet.

Comfortable, clean, accommodating staff, 2nd stay here would definitely stay again!
Pros:

Nice little hotel, staff were very accommodating, helpful and polite! The room was clean and comfortable all usual expectations for a little hotel.

Cons:

Being disabled there’s only a lift to the first floor and our room was on the second floor.

It’s a very nice hotel and the staff are amazing and do try to accommodate your needs. I think for me you cannot access
Pros:

The staff were amazing. Food was really nice. Room was spotless

Cons:

My own opinion it’s a bit like a maze and I found it difficult moving about in my wheelchair. The turning through doors was very narrow and difficult. Saying that the staff did all they could to accommodate everything and it is an old building so maybe difficult to accommodate change to enable a fully accessible hotel

Restful stay
Pros:

Lovely room with comfortable bed. Receptionist was kind enough to offer a ground floor room when she could see I would struggle with the stairs.
Enjoyed a wonderful Sunday Lunch in the restaurant too.
