Pros:

The staff was so friendly and accommodating! I needed to borrow a hair dryer and they immediately got one for me. I also had a small problem on Monday night in which the staff sent someone right away and solved the problem.

Pros:

Great location and it was close to where I was going, The room was really clean , a/c worked ready good was nice and cold in the room, the bed was really comfortable and the staff was really nice and friendly.

Good location, decent price.
Pros:

Location was good, near a movie theater, and many other stores and restaurants.
Pool was clean.

Cons:

Room was very small. No dressers for clothes. Walls were thin. You can hear neighbors talking, or walking thru hallways. Back door to hotel would not close properly, so it was open at all times and connected to stairway.

And although nice, they gave guests a “free gift,” which was a travel sized areal deodorant.

Pros:

The hotel was clean, bathrooms was very clean, it smelled clean and looked very clean

Cons:

The floor between the beds was very sticky -- i had to take a very hot wash cloth to wipe the floor. What ever was on the floor turned the wash cloth black.

Pros:

It was very comfy at first but then when we layed in the bed and went to the bathroom we saw blood stains in the sheets and curtains. We asked the staff to change them but when we came back they had just flipped them.

My son enjoyed the pool!

Cons:

Pretty run down, outside hall carpet, filthy and smelly. My toilet moved a lot, bed sheets and pillows stained & old. Towels as well old and ruff.

Cleanliness Issues but Pets Stayed for Free!
Pros:

The only thing I liked about this location is that my 2 small dogs stayed for free.

Cons:

The cleanliness job of the room was so depressing. I initially walked the room before agreeing to pay and that was to check for live pest activity. I will say that I didn't see any live activity but there were roach droppings on the floor, and I even found 2 dead roaches in one corner of the room. The hvac system was too loud, and the bathroom door was really warped. On my last day when I was supposed to check out, I was awakened by the intense weed smell (mind you I got a non-smoking room) that it caused my allergies to flare up even more.

Was decent , not completely bad besides the ac issue

Was efficient and clean stay

Cons:

Our room was not as cold as I would’ve like it to be , the AC kept saying it was 60 degrees or so but most certainly did NOT feel like it and I have 3 kids in our room
