Pros:

Já inicia com excelente atendimento na recepção, a Jessica é sensacional. Todos os funcionários muito atenciosos, o hotel é muito aconchegante, tudo limpo, o café da manhã nota 10. Não usufrui da piscina, mas parecia estar ótima, muito limpa. Sem contar esse restaurante que é perfeito.

A chave eletrônica não funciona , tive subir desce várias vezes localiza um quarto que fechadura estiver boa , para acha um quarto foi demorado, depois ar condicionado na funciona , vazando água quarto, eles ainda queriam cobra valor diferente valor reserva feita pelo aplicativo pequeno valor mais , sinceramente não tive boa experiência
