It was overall great, clean and easy

Cons:

Didn’t supply useful things in room like a bowel or utensils although there was a microwave I couldn’t use it because we didn’t have the necessary equipment

Very unpleasant stay made the next day very long and tiring

Jane and staff were welcoming and were always there to help if we needed anything. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and we will stay again next time we are in town.

Pros:

I accidentally booked the incorrect date and staff were very helpful to fix the booking and provided us with a freshly painted room.

Cons:

Didn’t like the mouse droppings in the cupboard.
Didn’t like the domestic violence occurring in a neighbouring room. Police contacted. We left in the middle of the night and email reception in the morning with no response.
