Cons:

Die Belüftung, Klimaanlage extrem laut, nicht regulierbar und keine Möglichkeit abzuschalten. Selbst mit Ohrstöpsel so laut dass schlafen fast unmöglich war.

Cons:

The restrooms near the capsules were all closed so I have to go up to first floor to use one. It was very inconvenient.

Excellent Capsule Hotel for a Comfortable Airport Layover
Pros:

I had a wonderful 15-hour stay at Avagard Capsule Hotel during my layover at Suvarnabhumi Airport. The capsule was spotless, modern, and surprisingly spacious, with a comfortable queen-sized bed. Although the mattress was a little firm, I slept exceptionally well thanks to the quiet atmosphere and the individually controlled air conditioning. The lighting was excellent, especially for doing makeup, and I also appreciated having a personal locker for my luggage and complimentary slippers.

The receptionist was incredibly kind and welcoming. She was always cleaning the capsules immediately after guests checked out, which made the whole place feel very well maintained and hygienic.

The location is another great advantage. It is situated in the airport's basement, close to many currency exchange counters, affordable restaurants, and several massage shops, making it very convenient during a layover.
Overall, I had a very comfortable and restful stay and would happily choose Avagard Capsule Hotel again for a transit stop at Suvarnabhumi Airport.

Cons:

However, the shared restrooms are located on a different floor. It wasn't ideal to go back and forth, especially late at night, so once I returned to my capsule, I preferred to stay there until morning.
Breakfast is not provided, but since this is mainly a short-stay capsule hotel, that wasn't a major issue for me. Finally, the free WiFi was not really working, it was slow.
