Hidden gem
Pros:

Located about 5 km away from airport, the hotel provide good access to KLIA using its shuttle bus. It has an adequate shuttle bus service frequency which the hotel management should openly advertise more widely. During this visit, it is a pleasant surprise discovery that it is not so isolated as it seems !
Housekeeping service helps to keep to the room in good and hygienic conditions. But general maintenance needs to step up to maintain lightings, taps, etc. in equally good state.

Pros:

Hotel has an adequate shuttle bus service to and from KLIA, which is about 7-10 km away. It is a surprise but a pleasant discovery on its service frequency, which is not clearly advertised at the moment. So it is not such an isolated place to stay even for more than 1 night.
Housekeeping put in a good effort in keeping the rooms in good standard. But general maintenance needs to step up to maintain lightings, taps etc. in equally good conditions.
Offers good breakfast with vast choices from their buffet.

prenotato all'ultimo per un imprevisto allungamento della sosta a Kuala Lumpur molto sopra attese
Pros:

Colazione non consumata. Ottimo e ben organizzato il servizio navetta, ottima la diponibilità del personale e le facilities offerte. Molto bella la piscina.

Cons:

Purtroppo vicinissimo a una moschea ...diciamo che le preghiere le trovo un pò moleste

Du bon et du moins bon
Pros:

Super literie et emplacement ! C'était un bon séjour ! Très souriant personnel et bon service merci ☺️

Cons:

Le gros bémol : le spa. Aucun intérêt : on a réservé 2 soins et le lendemain sur place pendant le premier soin sur la table on me dit que la personne est pas là donc s'est annulé! La Clim est à fond on ne peut pas se détendre et le massage des pieds aucun intérêt malheureusement pas du tout dynamique. Service pas du tout à la hauteur du prix, c'est cher pour la Malaisie. Nous sommes très déçu.

Concernant la navette gratuite on devait nous déposer au terminal 2 et le chauffeur a voulu attendre 15 mn au terminal 1 alors que nous avions un vol prévu, ça avait l'air de le déranger on a du insister. Et il nous a déposé aux arrivés pas du tout au départ. Service très décevant également

Great stay for early airport departure
Pros:

Great location as we we're flying out early the next morning. The staff were great, especially with our young son. The room was a very good size and the restaurant had a large selection for breakfast. We also took advantage of the free airport shuttle.

Rooms not clean, carpet dirty, bed uncomfortable, shower damaged and dirty, no shower gel when I check in (empty bottle) smelly room and mini bar door making noise when closing and opening
