Right choice staying for haj or travel for holiday.
Pros:

Staying 1 night , booking two rooms. Sending our daughter and son for haj .Check in and check out was smooth .

Location is good , all facilities function well. Spacious rooms. Will come again.

Pros:

Great place for a short stopover near KUL airport. All staff very welcoming. We were offered a late check out due to a later flight We were thinking of trying their Spa treatments due to the extra time but maybe next time.

Such a beautiful, relaxing stay at this hotel we were after checking out of another hotel after a really bad experience so coming to this hotel and having the comfort of its surroundings and such helpful staff was more than we could have asked for. The rooms were spacious, beds were so comfy and we really enjoyed a relaxing bath and because we arrived late we ordered room service the food was delicious. We had a gorgeous breakfast the next morning loads of organic produce and all the breakfast staff so helpful and accommodating, azim was a lovely helpful receptionist for anything we needed. We also got a late check out which we really appreciated will definitely be back thank you.

The reception staff upon check in remarked that we had no breakfast, however we did book for it beforehand. Not a problem as we clarified that we will have breakfast and made the payment, but then the staff did not update this in their records and when we went to get breakfast the next day, they said we didn’t have breakfast and had to pay additional. This was eventually corrected but not a pleasant experience.

We also booked three rooms and upon arrival at 6pm, one of the rooms were not ready yet, which was also a bit inconvenient.
