Cons:

Nao gostei do wC-fiquei no adapatado sem sequer me perguntarem nada sobre isso. Sanita mal limpa com pêlos de roupa. Não havia guardanapos. Peq almoço médio baixo.
Caro para uma noite no inverno -190 euros....

Manque d’équipement de cuisine. Aucune flexibilité dans l’heure de départ pour quitter la résidence, 11:00 est l’heure de quitter alors a 11:00 soyez dehors. Ils offre toutefois de garder les bagages

Der Meerausblick, freundliches Personal, gutes Restaurant in der Nähe. Zimmerservice alle 3 Tage. Bequemes Bett. Gute Küchenaussattung.

Cons:

Fenster im Schlafzimmer durfte nicht geöffnet werden, dadurch extrem stickig. Leider haben wir kein anderes Zimmer erhalten. Hätte sauberer sein können.

Não gostei foi de tar a dormir e a empregada tar a falar com os clientes e tarem a falar em voz muito alta e terem a gargalhada acho que deviam de respeitar quem está a pagar e a dormir de esto tava tudo bom

The staff were nice. The setting was beautiful.

Cons:

The villa was very musty smelling. The bedroom was too small. There was no space for any luggage. The bathroom was very poorly designed and cramped.

Wunderschöne Lage direkt an der Küste. Wahnsinns-Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer mit Blick auf die Insel Faial.
Mit dem Auto ist man in ein paar Minuten in Madalena. Großer Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel.

Sehr nette Dame am Empfang, die uns auf unsere Anfrage gleich mit Sightseeing Tipps versorgt hat :-)

Das Frühstück im Restaurant oberhalb können wir nicht beurteilen, da wir es leider nicht in Anspruch nehmen konnten.

Unser Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick war letztendlich ein kleines Apartement mit Terrasse - vielleicht hatten wir einfach nur Glück oder es ist immer so?

Sollten wir nochmals nach Pico kommen, steht dieses Hotel ganz vorne auf der Liste.

Pros:

The location was fantastic. I loved hearing the ocean crashing all night from my window and the view. The restaurant on premises was delicious and there were adorable cats in the area. Highly recommend this place. I would definitely stay there again.
