Beautiful rooms, cold plunge, hot tub, and pool were fantastic. Wink wink Food , and drink was great chef is phenomenal. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.
Nothing everything was perfect
We had a lovely stay at The Sarasota Modern. The hotel is stylish, spotlessly clean and very modern.
One of the highlights was the fantastic selection of complimentary coffee, water and snacks available throughout the day, which was a really nice touch.
The pool area was very quiet and relaxing, with plenty of parasols providing welcome shade. The food and drinks were both excellent too.
My only negative was the cost of parking. At $42 per night, plus tipping the valet each time your car is brought round, it soon adds up and feels quite expensive.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again.
I was in town for a Leadership Conference and we stayed at the Sarasota Modern. The hotel was amazing! The staff were so professional and extremely courteous. The 7 Paintings dinner experience was out of this world also! They really do a great job and care about their guests! I would definitely stay here again and tell all my friends to do the same!

Could not enjoy the pool since there was 15 kids jumping and screaming, parents were in the bar and could not care less.. staff should have pointed this out for them, we also have 2 kids and are always very strict with following pool rules, basic showing respect to others..

Rooms were nice, location was perfect for the play we were seeing.
Restaurant food was just okay. Nothing really exceptional. I had two old fashion’s from the bar and they both tasted completely different. Again they were just okay.

For a Marriott property very disappointing. A covid style breakfast was all that was offered. Room had a kitchen with no utensils or glasses. They charged $31 resort fee and can't imagine what it was for. Also only $45 for overnight parking. For the price you can do better and Marriott should too.
