Rooms were nice, location was perfect for the play we were seeing.

For a Marriott property very disappointing. A covid style breakfast was all that was offered. Room had a kitchen with no utensils or glasses. They charged $31 resort fee and can't imagine what it was for. Also only $45 for overnight parking. For the price you can do better and Marriott should too.

This place is infested with bed bugs

The hotel. It’s OK. If you were trying to do a business trip, not the place to stay. They have a fitness room. It’s nice small but clean. This is a hotel, which is very simplistic. I don’t think that there’s a lot of thought put into Service. Room Key did not work for a lack of battery on the door. Breakfast is not served. Or the restaurant is not opened until nine A.M. You can get room Service starting at seven but i takes forever The lobby does have coffee starting at around five or six A.M. There are snacks around seven or eight A.M. The room does not have a coffee maker. The hallways are very dark with dark rug floors, dark black walls and black ceilings. The restaurant which we had dinner last night has a bar that can’t make simple drinks but an espresso Martini or a Lichi Martini. Don’t taste as if they have the main ingredients inside. However, for breakfast, the coffee was good. The bananas Foster French toast was delicious. And so was the Classic Breakfast. The Service was OK. Nobody came around to bring us more water or more coffee.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Receptionist was extremely rude upon check-in. We had booked for two nights for a residential suite. It showed my room type on the app and she kept insisting I would have to use nightly upgrade reward to have that room even though I already had it booked. She was unpleasant and unprofessional and the lobby was quite dirty. Not what I expected from a Marriott in a prime city/ beach area location. We cancelled and left.

Stay away from this place !
First of all, I requested to book and extra night before my stay, after reaching out a few times they never answered me so I had to spend the first night in another location.
Second : A staff member walked into my room when I was inside without even knocking on the door and didn’t event apologize when he realized I was inside before leaving.
Third : The hotel charged me a 250$ + taxes smoking fee even though I did not smoke in the room and stopped smoking (cigarettes) on the balcony after they told me I was not allowed to. They told me it was a warning and that I would not be charged and I discovered on my final bill that they did charge me !!! The incompetent GM who I talked to about it told me that another guest said I was smoking again (which was not true) so they decided to charge me without even checking !!! I asked him to remove this abusive charge and he declined telling me that I could tell my bank to decline the payment. Wtf? This is incredible, I will file a complaint about this hotel.
Fourth : Breakfast was disgusting and very expensive for what it was.

this property overdelivers! ask for a poolside room on a high floor. wonderful pool, hot tub, cold plunge, good gym. Johnathan and Arianna both helped me out with logistics during my stay - terrific service. perfect location, walkable to everything that matters. my new stop in Sarasota - all problems solved.

Loved our stay here! We went as a family of 5 and as such, got 2 rooms. They were both upgraded. One was the double queen loft by the pool, the other was a huge residence on the top floor with a king bed, separate living room, kitchen, and a bath tub on the balcony. The loft/bunk bed is much larger than the website shows. It has stairs instead of a ladder, and actually has space up there for a little end table. Our kids loved it. Also ample space where the couch and tv are. The pool was great - 3 pools, one main pool was heated enough that we comfortably swam all day when it was only about 60 degrees out! The hot tub was great, too. Did not use the cold plunge. Would def stay here again!
