Trattamento decisamente discutibile. Colazione con prodotti confezionati.
Prenotata una quadrilocale (1 matrimoniale e 2 lettini per me, mio marito e mia figlia di 10 anni) consegnata standard matrimoniale con culla. Chiedo spiegazioni e mi hanno detto che c'è stato un errore da parte loro che hanno accettato prenotazione per sbaglio. Ci propongono due stanze per lo stesso prezzo. Noi accettiamo, nostro malgrado (erano le 17 e non avremmo saputo che fare). Ceniamo nella struttura (prezzi esagerati, 18 euro un risotto!), colazione standard con prodotti confezionati. Ci aspettavamo almeno la cena offerta causa disguido (abbiamo dovuto dormire separati), ma nulla, quasi delle scuse tirate. Per un 3 stelle è davvero un comportamento poco adeguato. Peccato, perché la struttura merita, ma consiglio più umiltà e soprattutto rispetto per i clienti. Una cena da 35 euro potevano offrirla, non per i 35 euro, ma per il gesto. Comportamento inclassificabile!

Perfect in every way!
Pros:

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff, our room (very spacious with a huge window overlooking the village), the pool, the breakfast. We only stayed for one night and I really wish we could have stayed for longer. The village is quiet but so peaceful. We had a great evening meal at a very reasonable price, finished with a game of bocce, I'd absolutely return should we be travelling in Italy again. Perfect in every way!
