Pros:

There was no one to speak with and the reservation was for 3 rooms and they emailed a door code for 2 rooms. No one at front desk, no one answering their “help” phone; people smoking weed outside the entrance, mold in the bathroom and a small breakfast not ready by 7:30am.
We will be asking for say a minimum a credit for the room they didn’t provide.

Saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal. Leider ist das Hotel sehr ringhörig, sodass man auch den TV aus dem Nachbarszimmer hört. Zudem war mein Fenster direkt an eine Baustelle ausgerichtet, sodass auch der Baulärm sehr prominent war.

Die Digitalisierung hat zugeschlagen. Wir kamen mit Code ins Hotel und in unsere Zimmer. Kein Mensch an der Reception. Aber am Morgen war ein netter Herr da.

Hotel schlaflos
Pros:

das Hotel - eher eine Schlafstelle - liegt direkt an einer sehr befahrenen Straße. Bis nachts um 2.30 Uhr ist an ruhigen Schlaf nicht zu denken. Wir hatten für 2 Nächte gebucht und bezahlt und sind nach der ersten Nacht geflohen.
Dieses Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen. Ein toter Ort - nirgends ist ein Personal zu sehen.

Kurzer Aufenthalt mit zu vielen negativen Punkten:

1. irgendwo im Haus war die Batterie eines Feuermelders fast leer, weshalb im Abstand von 1 Minute ein lauter Hinweiston ertönte, die ganze Nacht

2. im Handtuch waren noch etliche Bartstoppeln

3. die 0,2 Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer soll 3,00 Euro kosten - Frechheit

4. Ich habe zwischen 7:30 Uhr und 8:10 Uhr KEIN EINZIGES Brötchen bekommen, und auch das Brot war nicht essbar, da es noch gefroren war (unfassbar)…. Der Filterkaffee schmeckte grausam
