Beautiful hotel near the old town of Alberobello. The staff was very nice and courteous. The room was nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable.

Had a great stay at Majesty Alberobello!
Staff were friendly and helpful (Frederica was lovely). We had two rooms while there as we decided to extend our stay in alberobello after booking the first. Staff were very accomodating. First one came with breakfast buffet, which had plenty of choice; what you would expect from a business hotel. Basic but satisfying. Reasonably priced, as were the rooms themselves (though we were there off-peak [mid-september]).
Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable; our second room had a huge balcony to ourselves.
Plenty of towels and bathroom products provided.
Great swimming pool, which we had to ourselves for our stay. Pool private from passers-by and surrounded by deck chairs and sun beds (the comfy kind!).
Parking was free and directly in front of hotel (underground parking available for a fee).
Snacks and drinks in fridge provided (although not free, but fairly priced).
The location of the hotel is great; far enough out of town to be quiet at night, but only a ~10 minute walk away from the beautiful and famous trullis district.

Only a few gripes:
We were told in booking confirmation email that check-in time was 15.00 but when we got there we were told it was 16.00.
Shame that the pool was only available for a portion of the day (09.00-18.00).
It was stated that guests couldn't use room towels for the pool, and had to pay €8 to rent a pool towel (fortunately we brought out own).

Modern, tiszta és kényelmes szállás közel az óvároshoz!
Reggelink nem volt, viszont a parkolás ingyenes!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Poolanlage war ruhig gelegen und auch sehr schön. Besonders aufgefallen ist uns das freundliche Personal, besonders Dorel und Joe haben uns sehr weiter geholfen und waren sehr zuvorkommend.

La struttura in se per se non è male, bella piscina, uno standard business hotel che però inizia a "perdere i colpi', stanza piccolissima, Aria condizionata che non si spenge mai se non direttamente dal quadro elettrico, e scarichi del bagno completamente intasati. Unico punto di forza oltre alla piscina è l'estrema vicinanza al centro storico di Alberobello

Las habitaciones estándar no son todas iguales, en concreto la que he utilizado es muy pequeña.
No tiene ningún tipo de cajón ni lugar donde poner la maleta y la cama es poco cómoda. Lo mejor del hotel la piscina

O serviço e a limpeza foram os pontos fracos. Teias de aranha nas janelas, não repuseram papel higiênico (tivemos que pedir), também não passaram pano no chão qdo derramamos bebida. Nenhum serviço na piscina, não combina com a classificação 4*.
Café da manhã bom, piscina limpa.
Pontos fortes: localização, quartos grandes, toalhas e roupa de cama bons, agilidade de check-in/checkout.

My daughter’s room was right next to the lobby and the next day they upgraded her to a better room.

The included breakfast was outstanding, the pool was clean and beautiful, and the location was perfect. For the price, this hotel is an excellent value!

Credo sia la prima recensione negativa nella mia vita. Hotel che si presenta bene da fuori. Stanza orribile, sporca (un capello sul cuscino, un insetto in doccia, tenda rotta, pareti sporche) e piena di incurie. Personale nella norma, colazione molto male. Il caffè e cappuccino con la macchina che trovi nelle sale d’attesa di un ospedale proprio no.
Pessima esperienza.

Personnel serviable. La décoration et l’ameuble Sont vétustes pour un 4 étoiles. Malgré la réservation du parking, aucune place disponible et les voitures se garent n’importe comment devant m’entree de l’hôtel. Petit déjeuner médiocre, pain surgelé mal cuit sur place et dur comme de la pierre; très mauvais café (machine industrielle); confitures industrielles...dommage alors que la région regorge de produits frais de qualité.
