Parking reservations in the property are not honored
Pros:

It is possible to find free parking on the street nearby.

Cons:

The advertised parking “upon reservation” doesn’t exist. There is a small garage under the building but all the spaces are normally taken even if a parking reservation is made. So, parking in the building often unavailable even if parking has been reserved. The listing needs to remove this misrepresentation.

Fint ophold - men de tre timers forsinkelse ødelagde en del. Plus at jeg måtte stå op til voksen skældud fordi jeg ikke

Fin beliggenhed og rigtig god lejlighed

Cons:

For os var det et kæmpe minus at lejligheden ikke var klar ved aftalt ankomst. 3 timers forsinkelse var super negativ for os da vi havde kørt hele natten. Og der var ingen rigtig problemer undskyldning fra udlejer :(

Top Lage für einen entspannten Städtebesichtigungsurlaub
Pros:

Top Lage für Münchenbesichtigung, S-Bahn vor der Tür, in 15 Minuten am Marienplatz. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist wirklich hervorragend. Kleine Garage, etwas eng, aber komfortabel um keinen Parkplatz suchen zu müssen. Bäckerei unten im Haus, mit köstlichen frischen Waren. Wohnung geräumig und groß. Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert, sodass wir bei geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen konnte, was von Vorteil war wegen der Straße. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, es hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen und wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in München.

Cons:

Die Wasserschäden an den Wänden deuten auf ein altes Gebrechen hin, möglicherweise aber auch einen Bauwerksschaden, uns hat es zwar nicht gestört, aber optisch ist es nicht sehr schön. Verkehrslärm der Straße deutlich zu hören, wir waren aber darauf eingestellt und wußten, dass es direkt an einer 4spurigen Straße liegt. WC-Unterputz-Spülkasten Drückerplatte leider defekt, bitte unbedingt richten lassen!

Proximidade à estação do comboio, varias opções para jantar a poucas centenas de metros, quartos grandes e bem equipados, pena que alguns utensílios estivessem avariados

A pochi minuti da Monaco
Pros:

La posizione è abbastanza comoda vicino alla stazione dei treni, l'appartamento è abbastanza grande e funzionale con possibilità di parcheggio auto (senza il baule sul tetto). Supermercati vicini ma non vicinissimi , occorre l'auto se si vuole impiegare meno tempo. Letti comodi appartamento silenzioso nonostante la strada vicina sia molto trafficata.

Cons:

Poco arredata la cucina, pochissimi piatti e pentole mancano forbici e posate se si è più di 3 persone. Qualche ciotola in più per insalata .

Virtuvės įranga nekokia,bet vienai nakčiai tinka.Stovėjimas garaže tik vienam automobiliui,už papildomą imamas 20 eurų mokėstis.Balkonas išeina į judrią gatvę.
