Genel olarak iyiydi daha önce de kaldım fakat bu kez bir koku vardı sanki ıslak bişey kalmış gibiydi belki perde olabilir onun dışında sorun yoktu

Berbattı herşey internet yok geç saat gittiğim için saat gece birde odayı teslim almama rağmen mini bar bomboştu banyo kiti yoktu kirliler için dolapta kirli poşeti bile yoktu bence berbat bir oteldi

We were there because of the Turkish Airlines layover. It was the worst experience of our vacation. The airlines gave the worst hotel for us. Cannot undrestand this behavior. There was about 10 of us from different flights. The hotel is 1 hour drive from airport (traffic). It cannot be 5 stars, it is 3 *** at most.

The room was dirty and cold.
They did not have pillows for extra bed nor the covers for blanket.
There was no international TV channels.

Stopped by this hotel for a few hours due to an istanbul layover. Hotel room was good and clean and comfortable. Lunch was basic. It's very very far from tourist areas, at least a 1.5 hour drive. Not worth it if you are planning to see touristy places in Sultanahmet or Taksim.

I get the impression you only end up here if you miss your flight, and Turkish Airlines places you here.

More out of necessity and need than pleasure.

Having said that, it may be no thrills but it does the job, it’s clean, functional and comfortable.

I am a regular guest of this hotel, visiting 3-4 times a year, very good in price. It is a good location, close to the metro, has a nice service, and all staff are helpful.

The room door was opened without permission

I had read the reviews by the previous guests about poor housekeeping n service.
I wish I would have followed their advise .
1.my sheets were not changed even after 4 days
2. The sheet was torn .despite telling them to change they did nothing
3. They used to forget to put towels and hand towels in the bathroom
4.
The bathroom mirror would not be cleaned
5. The air conditioner in the lobby does not work .
6.the day we arrived the refrigerator was not working technician came after making several calls ,he made the room dirty n no one came to clean ,had to go down to remind inspite if that no one came after 5-6 reminders someone was sent .
Same happened next day for toothpaste n towel n water we waited almost an hour
Would not come for free also next time even if it’s close to the exhibition ground ,better to take airbnb.
Breakfast is same all days no change in menu .
For the price charged it is not worth staying at all .

The personal they where not so friendly. And the service was not so good. They have to be more friendly and take good care of the visiter

Aracımla akşam gittim . 5 yıldız diye rezervasyon yaptırdım . Ancak vale yok , otoparkı bulamadım. Kapıda sokak köpeklerinden ilk başta ürktüm fakat zararsızlardı çok şükür. Otel genel anlamda temiz . Resepsiyonist valemiz yok demekle yetindi. Odalar ter temiz , çarşaflar mis gibi kokuyordu. Tuvalet kağıdı kullanılmış , gelen kullanmaya devam etsin diye bırakmışlar .Tuvalet fırçası yok . Minibarda sadece 3-5 alkolsüz içecek vardı. TV kanalları harikaydı .Kahvaltı fena değildi . En çok tuhafıma giden kat temizlikçisi kadının bana “çıkış mı yapıyorsunuz , oda numaranız nedir “ diye sorması . Daha çok 4 yıldız tarzında bir oteldi. Tekrar gideceğimi sanmıyorum

Nothing special to mention. Standard hotel.

My stay at Romada hotel was ok. The staff at the reception, spa and restaurant was nice and helpful. The food at the restaurant was awful, worse than in McDonald’s.
The cleaning personnel didn’t add shampoo, shower gel, hand wash to the bottles. They were absolutely empty. They spoke only Turkish. I speak a little bit Turkish so asked them to bring mentioned above liquids. They brought me only shampoo. The next day I got toilet paper and afterwards hand wash and hair conditioner.
Spa personnel also doesn’t speak English. May be this is not a touristic place… I don’t know…

Veldig dårlig service. Sure personale som ødela ferie modusen vår. Hilste ikke når man gikk forbi. Definitivt ikke et 5 stjernes hotell. Anbefales ikke i det hele tatt.
