Pros:

I had left a jacket hanging in the wardrobe after checkout but the hotel staff contacted me swiftly to let me know it had been found and was at reception for collection. All before I had even realised I had left it behind. Very attentive staff. Thank you 😊

Pros:

Stayed here many times. Always excellent accommodation and restaurant.

Cons:

Cooked breakfast food a bit basic and not all warm enough. Sausages bland. No scrambled egg option (maybe I should have asked).

Very friendly and helpful welcome given I had travelled a long way and arrived very late. Loved the decent hot rain shower!

Small details- the hotel is great!
More lighting in room would be good. Very dark as you come in- no light on mirror door or around kettle area.
Roof lights very dusty- know they are hard to reach.
Pillows a bit hard and lumpy.
