Pros:

My family of 5 had a great 4 night stay at Gem Riverside Hotel. The rooms are spacious and the pool is a really good size. The hotel is a short walk from the centre of Hoi An and has free bikes available as well for exploring the local area. Ruby and the other staff were friendly and helpful and made our stay very pleasant.

A lovely, clean hotel
Pros:

A lovely, friendly hotel. Very clean & well maintained. Location was close to Hoi An Ancient City by means of a road & bridge which were very tight. We did walk in though each time. We paid for a late check out which was orgznised with ease.

Unfortunately, I did not spend a lot of time in this hotel. Vietjet Air moved my original flight from 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM. Tried to change it back but the people are pretty rude and don’t speak good English and the flight was also delayed and so I got to the hotel at 11:00 PM and since the hotel is fullly booked they cannot accommodate me for a late checkout so I can visit Hoi An city before my trip to Da Nang. It’s not their fault. I blame Vietjet Air.

Spacious rooms. Breakfast was ok with egg station. Place is 10 mins from market and main areas. Pool is nice, used by families during the day as it can be uncomfortable hot during the day. Staff were friendly and assisted with enquires and recommendations.

Great hotel outside the hustle of old town but close enough for a short walk over. Room was great, large beds for the kids and outdoor bathroom was a hit. Pool was great to cool off in at the end of the day. Free bike hire and pick/up drop off service very easy.

Great hotel and super friendly team
Pros:

Lovely people running the hotel super friendly and great advice. Nice pool area and lovely lanterns in the evening.
The only issue we had was room had a damp smell but we opened to air as much as we could to improve it.
Good breakfast, absolutely enjoyed our stay here.

I stayed here for four nights in a room with a balcony overlooking the pool. Comfortable bed, excellent shower, efficient quiet aircon and good WiFi. A basic breakfast is available every morning, with a limited selection of western options, including eggs cooked to order. I chose this hotel because it is in a quiet location 10 minutes walk from the town, so it was disappointing that there is currently building work next door, with loud noise from 7am on three of the four mornings I was staying at the hotel. The net curtains over the windows in my room were very dirty at the bottom, and they could really do with a wash. These shortcomings can be mostly overlooked because the people are very friendly and the staff on reception were very helpful for booking trips and transport.

This facility provide 2 very small bottles of water per day. but there is 1 big and 2 small extra of bottle water in the fridge which you can use but be aware of the charge, its 4 times the price of what you can get it for, minimum varieties for breakfast for what it's worth. Other then that everything else is good. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Rooms are decent size and clean

The staff was fabulous, i think this a family run hotel, because we saw the same people there day in and day out. breakfast buffet was yummy.
though the property is a bit far from town, i don't mind the walk but that bridge is a bit scary to walk across, our grab drive got hit by a tourist on a scooter! while the scooter driver was looking as his phone!!
