The Hotel management went out of there. way to help you. Rooms were very clean. Food was very good
ホテルの内装やサービスは最高でした。でも空港から近く、観光客向けでない地域の人が楽しむビーチも目の前で、カフェやお店が多い通りにもすぐにアクセスできて、コスパ良すぎの理由としたら、周囲に少し清潔感のない場所もあり。
Dirty and not clean. Terrible smells. Dirty pillows with stinky.

Breakfast was limited, our first room had cockroaches, mold in the bathroom windows and windows shades look like they haven't been clean in year's. Laundry service was very expensive and our clothes came back stained and crushed

The hotel was convenient for being close to the train station, otherwise I wouldn't see a need to stay around the area. The room was clean and comfortable.
I had the most wonderful stay at the Santori Hotel Da Nang Bay. From the moment i arrived i was greeted by the doorman who directed me the extremely pleasant lady at the front Desk, who informed me of my room and accomodation details for my first stay at the Hotel.
The room they provided to me was the Suite with a Sea View and along with it i was given a bowl of fresh fruit from the local area on behalf of the front desk, which was a wonderful touch. The room itself was lovely, it was clean and well decorated - with an excellent view, and a very comfortable bath which was put to use straight away.
Over night i was very happy to note that the front desk reception was 24 hrs, which allowed me to come and go as i pleased, and each time i did, i was greeted with a welcoming smile and a friendly hello from the staff members working there.
Every morning i went upstairs to enjoy a beatifully customised meal that was made ready to order and it was brought out to me each day by the diligent ladies who worked the restaurant kitchen. These meals were wonderful prepared, and they were the perfect way to start each day.
The view from the Poolside and the Rooftop Checkpoint created an excellent ambience and it was great to be able to look over the sunny Da Nang bay area every morning.
Throughout my stay i had my room cleaned by the Housekeeping crew who were efficient and worked hard to ensure a high level of cleanliness; and at one stage i needed help from the maitenance crew - who were able to sort out my issue without a fuss.
After a couple of nights in the Suite i was then moved to the Studio with an Ocean view and here i was provided with an ensuite bathroom and my own private kitchen where i could cook and prepare my own meals. It was certainly an upgrade and i took full advantage of both balconies and the extra living space.
Overall i would highly recommend this boutique little hotel. The staff there were all wonderful and the service they provide is top notch.
I have travelled to Da Nang before, and i hope to land here sometime again (im from Tasmania, Australia), and when i do i will certainly be looking at the Santori Hotel, Da Nang Bay to be my Go-To place to stay.

I have been to 86 countries and this hotel might be the best hotel I bave ever stayed with this low price and with delicious breakfast changing the taste and favorite every day. Besides, the service is excellent trying the best to fulfill your wishes ! This is a very good hotel worthy of recommendation .

Good Hotel, outside Main danang. Not the coolest Location, but great staff, very friendly. Good rooms and nice Overall Hotel. For breakfast, IT IS a little different, as IT IS partially Limited to fruits and you have to select one dish ( Pizza, soup, fried eggs etc) on the day before, so Not really wide selection, but good quality. On the other Side this is very sustainable, AS nothing IS thrown away. So at the end this is positive. Overall, If the Location to Main district ist Not important, i can recommend it.

Nice location and easy to get around. Extremely nice staff and super helpful. Nice rooms and well equipped bathroom. Pool is amazing and we were always there by ourselves! The breakfast is made fresh and is very nice too. Free water is very good to have.
