Fantastic stay! Best hotel we stayed in, overall, in our two weeks travelling around Japan
Pros:

Excellent customer service. Nice lobby area to hang out in. Bean to cup coffee machine! Small table outside where we sat and had nighttime drinks. Room was clean and size fine fine for Japan.

Cons:

We paid almost double what we could have got it for the day we checked in, but that’s how it works.

comfortable and quiet refuge with great access to nightlife and restaurants
Pros:

Terrific location near Dotonbori and other places of interest but slightly off from the Main Street so it’s nice annd quiet and relaxing. Easy access to train to get to other places in Osaka as well! Super Friendly staff and easy check in process, extremely comfortable and clean rooms that felt more cozy than other smaller hotels. I would stay here again next time I’m in Osaka without any hesitation.

Cons:

I really didn’t have any issues at all.

Overall a pleasant place to stay
Pros:

The staff was amazing; accommodating. Takoyaki night was a lot of fun! Location was excellent. Clean and bright.

Cons:

The room is very small. Upper bunk mattress was hard.

Great option, nice staff
Pros:

Very helpful front desk staff. Most spoke English well. Was very easy to store bags a day prior to our checking date. The room was very comfortable, a bit bigger than a previous hotel stay, so we could actually fit out carry-on sized luggage ok for the 3 of us. I think larger checked-sized baggage would be tight in this hotel, but not impossible.

Cons:

No laundry service or machines inside the hotel, but there's a really nice, clean laundromat on the same block a few doors down that did the trick.
