Wir hatten am Freitag geheiratet und wollten am Wochenende danach einen schönen Kurztrip nach München machen. Leider war unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr enttäuschend.
Als wir am Samstag ankamen, mussten wir über eine Stunde warten, da es hieß, das Zimmer sei noch nicht bereit. Als wir schließlich einchecken konnten, bekamen wir eines der einfachsten Zimmer, obwohl wir ausdrücklich um ein Zimmer in einer höheren Etage gebeten hatten. Auf unsere Nachfrage hin reagierte die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit – sie zeigte keinerlei Interesse, eine Lösung zu finden oder auf unsere Wünsche einzugehen.
Auch die grundlegenden Informationen zum Aufenthalt wurden uns nicht erklärt: Weder Frühstückszeiten, noch die Nutzung des Lifts, noch etwas zu den Parkgebühren wurde erwähnt.
Ein kleiner Lichtblick: Beim Auschecken war eine andere Dame an der Rezeption, die sehr freundlich war und uns als kleine Geste die Parkgebühren erlassen hat. Das war sehr nett und hat den ansonsten enttäuschenden Aufenthalt ein wenig aufgewertet.
Für ein Hotel in dieser Preisklasse und Lage haben wir leider deutlich mehr erwartet – gerade zu einem so besonderen Anlass.

The hotel and the property was very nice. We came with 2 small children and were given 2 non connecting doors which made things a bit difficult. Bar staff was also slow at times.

But as a business hotel it’s good.

Brugte som overnatning hotel på vej mod en tur sydpå. Super hotel med rene og pæne værelser. Fik sen aftensmad inden vi gik i seng, det var også rimeligt og med prisen i betragtning i et rigtig godt hotel.
