Maika Condotel DaLat

My 2nd stay at the Maika. Great location and have had 2 different apartment sizes, both great.
Little diificult to find entrance and you have to call for the person to check you inn.
Roller shutter in bathroom (2nd stay) was dirty else eveyrthing great.
2-room apartment with kitchen, clothes washing machine etc
Absolutt great location just above the market with many coffee shop, restaurant, street food etc around.
Will use it again next time I come to DaLat

This is an apartment. It has a full fridge with icemaker. No AC but fan. Nice and cool in day, cold at night but they provide a heavy blanket. A big plus is the washer and free washing powder. Apartment is Right next to stairs leading to day and night markets. Entrance a little tricky...right next to Hotel Colline. Door to apartments is Dalat Center Residences. TV a little tricky but eventually it will work ... you may have to unplug and replug device on top of living room TV. About 20-30 min walk to crazy house.

This property located in a perfect location that you can go to most of the tourist places in a short time.
The price is expensive than other hotels with the same condition (more or less) in the same area.
The staffs are kind of friendly somehow. You can find them in the morning and afternoon in the lobby but in the night. If we need anything, we communicate with them through phone calls or social media apps.
The hot water is good, extremely hot in short time, no need to wait.
No AC but most of the hotels in Da Lat don't have AC as the temperature here always cool to cold.
The cleaning room service is not quite good tho, I went out in the morning, ask them to clean my room when I pass by the lobby and when I back at the noon, the room still messy, I have to call them to complain about that.

Anyway, this property is an apartment so it has most of the things you need to live. It's good if you go with your family or like group of friends.

Central location right at the market. Property is new and service from the staff are excellent. They will help with transport rentals.

숙소 이름이 레지던스로 표기도어 있어서 찾느라 조금 헤맨것 빼곤 모든게 좋았습니다 위치도 넘 좋고 야시장이 바로 내려다 보이고 깨끗하고 가족들 모두 완전 만족했습니다^^

Great staff. Great location. Perfect setting for a family stay. Highly recommend. I'd definitely stay again next time.

숙소는 아주 깨끗한 편입니다. 간단히 해먹을 식기도 있고 달랏 시장하고도 가까워서 이동하기 편합니다.
따뜻한 물이 많이 나오지 않는 것은 좀 불편했네요~

Wonderful staffs and helpful

The hotel is centrally located. Clean, updated, and secure.
The staff is fantastic. They are friendly and helpful. It was like staying with family.

***** My husband’s hometown is from Dalat but his family’s home is under renovations. We have a 9 year old so we have to look for a condo to have a good amount of space, and we’re very happy that we’ve chosen Maika for more than 2 weeks stay.
Check-in staffs are very nice and well manners. Professional and know what they’re doing. Always greeted my family with a big smile!!! The condo we stayed is a 2 bedrooms with a lot of spaces. Very clean and the staffs make sure they get to clean our room (condo) daily. They are very detail by changing different types of fresh flowers every time they clean the room. Unexpectedly, they’ve done my dishes as well. They only one thing I don’t like is the drilling noise that woke us up every morning around 6:30AM above from our room. It’s very annoying and the staff can’t do anything about it. We stay for more than 2 weeks and we have to deal with it everyday... even Sunday. :(

We booked 3 condos for a group of friends. The location is excellent, above the market and within walking distance to everywhere. Upon arriving we were greeted by friendly staff and check-in went smoothly. The staff were very helpful and attentive, especially Be Thanh who explained everything thoroughly. The condos are new and very clean, rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Thank you to staff at Makai for providing the excellent services, exceeding our expectation. We all had a wonderful stay!

달랏에서의 가장 최신형 레지던스 호텔. 건물도 최신식이고 깨끗합니다. 체크인시 직원들의 꼼꼼한 안내도 감동받았습니다.

The good - super central location (just above Central market), friendly manager, room was large with adequate facilities - cable TV, fast internet WiFi, comfortable beds, kitchenette. Room was clean, adequate for our stay.
The bad - no phone in the room to call manager (he tried hard to help us but it was inconvenient to walk down to the reception (not run by them) to get the local phone to call him, project is still incomplete so expect construction noise. Central location also means right above the night market, with scooters honking all the time. What we did not expect was the ongoing construction all night long. The manager was totally stressed out from the calls he was getting from the other guests and finally gave us a room to sleep in at 2.45am.
This is the first time in my life to have construction going on the whole night (banging, cutting, welding, the works).
While it was no fault of the manager, the 'construction night' spoilt our stay at the Condotel.
The cleaning company for housekeeping can be better.
Dalat is definitely a city worth going to. Will come again to Dalat.
