Mooie locatie en geweldig personeel!
Pros:

Super locatie op een erg mooie plek met een geweldig uitzicht! De mensen die er werken zijn super lief. We hadden ons verslapen voor het ontbijt en gingen daarom meteen naar het kiezelstrand. Na 30 minuten riepen ze ons omdat ons ontbijt alsnog klaarstond. Dit zonder erom te vragen dus een super service!

Cons:

De bedden zijn erg hard en het doucheputje liep niet goed door. Ze gebruiken veel chloor bij het schoonmaken van de kamers dus bij inchecken was die lucht erg sterk en dit bleef lang hangen.

Pros:

Sehr ruhig gelegene Unterkunft direkt am Meer.
Das Personal ist super zuvorkommend, das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und viel und der kleine Pool ist super sauber und angenehm.
Es ist alles super sauber und ordentlich, ein richtiger Ort zum Wohlfühlen.

Cons:

Бронировали номер с 11.07.2026 по 21.07.2026. По факту заселения хозяйка отеля предложила отменить бронь на букинге, т.к. они берут комиссию и заплатить деньги наличкой на руки, без договора, без чека, без любого другого документа. Предоплата на букинге не требовалась. Предполагаю, что делается не первый раз, чтобы не платить комиссию. Гостиница - семейный дом, хозяева проживают на одной территории с гостями, чувствуешь себя неудобно. Каждый вечер на улице проходили семейные посиделки. Номер небольшой с видом на сад и железную дорогу, для семейной пары - две раздельные кровати соединённые вместе. Телевизор не работал. Сантехника оставляет желать лучшего. Мы прожили в ней 2 дня и нашли вариант с гораздо лучшими условиями для нас и дешевле в 2 раза. Предложили хозяйке заплатить неустойку и вернуть нам 50% оплаты от общего количества дней ( за 9 дней). Хозяйка отказала, ссылаясь на то, что отдала уже все деньги в бухгалтерию и мы ДОЛЖНЫ найти других гостей на заселение, тогда она вернёт нам часть денег за те дни, в которые они будут проживать. Также сказала мониторить букинг, заедет кто-то в наш номер или нет. По итогу конечно же денег нам никто не вернул, а этот момент испортил нам все впечатление о стране.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time here. The location is perfect, with direct access to the sea where we could go for a swim whenever we wanted, and there is also a lovely swimming pool to enjoy.

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room had a beautiful view, and waking up to that scenery every morning was a real highlight.

The hotel is also conveniently located, with an easy drive to Batumi. We spent a day exploring the city and really appreciated how simple it was to get there while still being able to return to the peaceful surroundings of the hotel.

We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

Tramonti spettacolari, relax e tanta pace.
Pros:

Posto stupendo. Abbiamo apprezzato il fatto che, normalmente, in hotel non c’è molto da fare e si paga solo per dormire, mentre qui c’è la possibilità di ammirare il panorama dal balcone, c’è una piscina a disposizione di tutti e il mare è a solo un minuto dall’albergo.

Inoltre è anche molto comodo: si trova a circa 15 minuti da Batumi, vicino c’è anche il giardino botanico, e a soli cinque minuti si trova una delle spiagge più belle che abbia visto in Georgia.

Tutto il personale è molto gentile: la prima sera che siamo arrivati ci hanno anche regalato un vino georgiano. La responsabile, anche se era in ospedale, ci ha chiamato per interessarsi di noi e darci ulteriori informazioni. Inoltre è stata molto disponibile, perché invece di farci lasciare la stanza all’orario previsto (11:30–12:00), ci ha detto che potevamo restare fino a sera.

Nella stanza c’è tutto il necessario: dentifricio, sapone e ogni comfort. Un’altra cosa molto bella è che vicino alla piscina ci sono anche asciugamani che si possono usare anche per il mare. Inoltre c’è un bel giardino con diversi angoli dove la sera ci si può rilassare.

Sicuramente ci ritorneremo volentieri.

Schönes kleines Hotel mit freundlichen Menschen
Pros:

Wir waren 2 Nächte im Hotel Tramonto und es hat uns super gut gefallen. Die Gastgeberin und das Personal waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Es gab ein sehr leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstück, was wir sehr genossen haben. Es gibt einen wunderschönen gepflegten Garten.
Wir kommen gerne wieder

Cons:

Es war etwas mühsam zu erreichen, da man die Bahngleise nur an wenigen Stellen mit dem auto überqueren kann und dort eine schlechte Wegstrecke hat. Man kann jedoch auch an der Hauptstraße parken und 50m zu Fuß laufen, dss haben wir dann gemacht

Beutiful Villa and location, though poor service
Pros:

Wonderful location, unbeatable.
Beautiful Italian style villa, right on the beach.
Nice atmosphere, gorgeous pool.

Cons:

The beds are somewhat old, there was no dinner available, not even beers or a coke, and breakfast only after 10am which was useless to us and somewhat too lazy of the owner.
Only one electrical socket in the entire room + one in bathroom.

It is convenient with a good sea view and direct access to the beach.

It was a little difficult to find road of the hotel

A lovely, intimate, and charming inn with terrific ownership service.
Pros:

Spectacular setting on the sea. charming intimate facility with home-like feel. Great 2nd-floor balcony overlooking pool and sea. Wonderful pool patio. Very friendly and helpful host. Terrific breakfasts with so much food!

Cons:

A little hard to get to, but owner had regular taxi driver she called on. There are only 1-2 other places to eat (dinner) within walking distance, since this is a ways from the center of Chakvi. But the peaceful isolation is also one of the place's attractions.

Pros:

A peaceful place located only 25 min away from the quite populated and busy city of Batumi and 15 min from Kobuleti.
The house and airconditioned room were very clean and very well maintained.
With direct access to the beach to have a nice swim at the Black See and then refresh again in the nice small deep swimming pool.
The very friendly team is always there ready to help, answer questions, and make sure everything is OK.

Our stay at hotel tramonto was really nice. The view, the location and also the food were amazing. It's very small, friendly and rather quiet, also the pool and the sea area were beautiful. A really good place to relax, thank you again!
