Parabens pelo acolhimento e pelo espaço, gostei muito e recomendo a estadia.
Pros:

Excelente atendimento de toda a equipe, sempre muito prestativa e cordial. O ar-condicionado funciona perfeitamente e resfria o quarto rapidamente, garantindo bastante conforto. O café da manhã é bem servido, com boas opções de alimentos, e a limpeza e organização do quarto estavam impecáveis durante toda a estadia.

Cons:

Como sugestão de melhoria, acredito que o chuveiro poderia ter um pouco mais de pressão para proporcionar um banho mais confortável. Além disso, a cama poderia ser mais firme e estruturada, oferecendo um suporte melhor durante o descanso.

A localização é muito boa, porém, já ficamos em hotéis com mesmo custo e que tinha melhores condições, o café da manhã já foi melhor, não é a primeira vez que me hospedei no hotel.
