Equipe muito atenciosa e gentil. Cama confortável e tudo muito limpo. Café da manhã delicioso. Uma pena que fiquei tão pouco tempo e não deu pra aproveitar a área externa do hotel que é linda, cheia de natureza e muito bem cuidada!

Experiência ruim. Água da banheira morna, sem tv Globo no quarto (poucos canais na tv e nem globo tinha) internet instável, manutenção precária em piscinas, cachoeira e outras áreas comuns

Hace frio, no hay calefaccion y la habitacion tenia una ventana grande sin vidrio, escondida por una cortina. Gravisimo error del hotel dar cuartos asi y ademas cobrar. Pesimo detalle.

O local é maravilhoso, uma área extensa dentro da natureza bem preservada, um paraíso!. As acomodações precisam de manutenção, torneiras pingando, sauna a vapor não funcionando etc. Café da manhã razoável, sem muitas variedades de pães e frios. Toalhas de banho muito encardidas.

Abandono e baixo custo x benefício
Pros:

O Hotel está abandonado. A piscina térmica agora é gelada, a sala do café não existe mais, o café da manhã foi muito aquém do que a estrutura do Hotel oferece, trocamos de 2 quartos até um que agradasse... uma pena, a estrutura é boa, a proposta é boa, mas as coisas não estão em equilíbrio, assim o custo benefício não valeu, ficou caro. Sugiro dar maior atenção ao Hotel e melhorar o café

Hotel é muito bonito cercado da natureza

O hotel é muito bonito, tem uma ampla área verde, oferece diversas opções de lazer, a vista é maravilhosa, tem piscina aquecida, sauna, cachoeira, parque e casinha de bonecas para as crianças, pedalinho, restaurante.
Tudo muito limpo e consevado
Funcionários educados e prestativos.
Café da manhã bom e saboroso.
O chalé e banheiro são grandes, limpos, bem decoardos, porém a cama é composta por duas camas de solteiro deixando um buraco entre elas.
A placa de sinalização da entrada do hotel poderia ser melhorada.
Á área externa do hotel poderia ser mais iluminada.
Adorei o lugar, voltarei com certeza.

Única ponto negativo na minha opinião é que fomos cobrados uma taxa de 10%para serviço no restaurante da pousada.
Poderíamos ter nos negado a pagar, mas preferimos pagar, mas ainda assim achei incoerente a cobrança da taxa por um serviço que estávamos pagando pela hospedagem.
