Pros:

A chain hotel with a theme and decor geared for younger guests. Rooftop bar, DJ music, and loud and party-like ambiance and music all the time. Great, if that’s your sensibility.

Nice hotel in the heart of Toulouse, near the train station, walkable to city centre. Decorations inside the suite were quite fun. Staff were very helpfully able to keep my bag before and after I had checked out.

3 nuits au Mama Shelter mais malgré que nous le payons cher le petit dej’ n’est pas du tout à la hauteur : le service est lié au petit dej’ avec un petit dej’ réduit à avoir des croissants ou pains au chocolat et quelques fruits de dispo… n’espérez rien d’autre, car il n’y aura rien d’autre ! Pas du tout à la hauteur des autres Mama Shelter

Très bon séjour; Très bien placé à côté de tous les centres d’intérêt et transports principaux.
L’accueil au top comme toujours et le petit dej pas mal pour un végétarien.
Les chambres ne sont pas hyper bien insonorisés entre chambres mais ça reste aceptable par rapport au reste.

Pros:

This hotel is great. Really liked the neighborhood and decor. The parking garage is a half block away. Big underground public garage. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Decor is cool. Just felt like a nice place to be.

Il s’agissait du week-end de l’Ascension, beaucoup de jeunes ont fait la fête jusqu’à 5h du matin et j’avoue que cela m’a réveillé et au petit déjeuner on m’a dit simplement c’est de leur âge ils ont raison,, il faut que jeunesse se passe pas de soucis

Une équipe très professionnelle, un lieu original et bien placé en centre ville.
Manque une machine à café et une bouilloire à thé dans la chambre. Pas assez de produits de salle de bain. Le room service est à récupérer à l’accueil : dommage.
Les repas du room service sont très bons.

The hotel vibe is FUN! Our room was comfortable, clean and colourful. We loved the little notes on the mirrors. Unfortunately it was pouring rain when we were there so we didn't get to walk from the hotel as much as we wanted but we still appreciated how close the hotel was to many dining and shopping options. The entire environment from the rooms to the restaurant are welcoming and vibrant. The staff is exceptional at Mama Shelter Toulouse. Highly recommend for a budget conscious, super cool stay.

Honnêtement, nous avons été déçu par l'accueil et le manque de service et prestation en chambre.
Pas de cafetière, ni de quoi faire un Thé.
Une seul bouteille d eau pour 2 sur 2 jours. Si tu ne demandes rien, tu n'as rien.

Pros:

The Hotel is very unique and I enjoyed my stay there. The people at the reception are welcoming and friendly, however, the cleaning staff does not seem to understand what the "Do not disturb" signs mean, as they knock anyway and even open the door before check-out time while people are still sleeping. They are friendly but the management should make sure they are paid long enough to be there so that they can wait for the people who don't check out early :)

Weekend in Toulouse
Pros:

Loved the vibe of this hotel, especially the bar/restaurant area - good DJ’s and great food. However, they could’ve done with a couple of extra staff at key times (breakfast and dinner)
Room was clean, bed was comfy but no drawers for clothing
All in all a great weekend and would definitely stay at Mama Shelter again
