Cons:

Our stay in this hotel in Tbilisi was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, the staff were rude and arrogant in their behavior, which made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome.
We had booked the room for two nights, yet without our permission, someone entered our room for cleaning. This is a serious violation of privacy and completely unacceptable. It made us question the safety and security standards of the hotel.

Excellent- totally recommend.
Pros:

Property was excellent- it was clean, had good pressure hot water. Breakfast had many options and the kitchen also offered to make fresh omelettes and pancakes. Located close to Liberty square with lots of cafe’s, money exchange shops and grocery store at walking distance. Also, it was quiet at night so we could sleep properly.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was perfect for the price you pay.

צוות המלון מקסים ביקשתי להגיע לבית הקפה ואיש הקבלה ליווה אותנו למקום.
מלון נקי ומסודר מנקים כל יום ושמים בקבוקי מים.
ארוחת בוקר קצת דלה אבל אפשר לבקש מהצוות חביתות או ביצה לפי בקשה.
מי שמחפש מלון מפואר זה לא המקום.
כי תכלס באים לטייל.
יצאנו בבקר וחזרנו בערב.
