Staff was polite (one guy was helpful). Location was close to main square. Nice garden seating spot!
Booked 3 rooms for 7 people age 65+.
Parking was 1/2 km away. Two rooms had to go out of hotel and climb up numerous steep stairs. No Wifi!
Room#1 Twin beds, AC not working, no sofa, no kitchen stuff (as advertised), ant infestation in bathroom. Given spray.
Room#2 For 3 people, AC not working (battery), screen between beds, no sofa (as advertised), small lumpy double bed, no kitchen stuff on or working, no glasses or anything to even have a drink, fridge didn't get cold all night. No hot water and toilet plugged up. No help just given plunger.
Room#8 No AC, no windows, room was like a furnace, too small bed for adults,

Lovely friendly clean little boutique hotel a couple of blocks from the two big jardins. Perfect location for exploring Centro on foot.

The room was clean and the staff were nice.
This was a working holiday. When I booked the room I stated that I needed good wifi. However:
- The wifi was on and off, and impossible to get in the bedroom
- The light went out in the bedroom. I asked twice that they fix it, and it was never fixed. Ditto for the broken curtain rod.
- We booked a suite with 2 bedrooms, for us and another couple. I wanted to work in the bedroom so my friends and husband could use the main part of the suite. However, there was no overhead light in the bedroom and no wifi.
- The window view from my bedroom was the staff laundry room and washroom. They should put some plants in front of it or a screen.

Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Friendly helpful staff. Fantastic location for downtown events. Lovely quaint little place with lots of Angel paintings everywhere. Street parking out front.
It was all good.
The room was fine, one bed was a bit tired. No English spoken, which is fine, just be aware.
Parking was an issue, their secure parking is a 4-5 block drive and it's easy to get turned around. We parked on the street across from the hotel.

In the heart of downtown Colima, everything at good walking distance. The hotel staff was friendly.
parking is out if the way! it needs to have the essential iron/ hair dryer. the first day the order coming out from the shower sewer was bad!! We had to request toilet paper upon arrival to ensure we had enough for the night.
