This hotel is just incredible! I went back three times whilst travelling in Nepal and commuting through Kathmandu. The rooms are superb - immaculately clean and so comfortable. Toiletries and towels included in all their rooms. The staff is the most welcoming, helpful and nicest I've ever seen and the breakfast is yummy and varied (it changes daily but while I stayed there they had waffles, pancakes, veggie fritters, baked beans, potatoes, cereal, fruit, bacon, eggs your way, and barista coffe).
The location is very central but in a quiet street, which in Kathmandu is rare. The airport pick-up was very helpful and on time - you can book this either via WhatsApp or on the booking app chat. You can also store you luggage if you're off trekking in the mountains.
Genuinely, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in!
The only small improvement I could recommend is that they offer plant-based milk for breakfast and coffee - such as soy, oat, coconut, etc. If they advertise it in the menu, even non-vegans might want to go for it as it is quite popular at the moment. They can buy small individual packs to make sure it doesn't go bad, in case demand is a concern.

Hotel was in great location
Our room we had 2 power points that didn’t work we reported it and was told by staff member that a electro on would come that never happened also the TV didn’t work the shower had no pressure and water was lukewarm
I always stay here. Awesome staff always super helpful. Great location. Can organize whatever you need. Quiet hotel, spacious and very clean. Water is hot which is the best after trekking .

Staff all helpful, friendly, wonderful! Breakfast was mostly Western (that I like) but no "rice" for my Asian wife. But still it was good! Good location plenty of shops, restaurants, etc. Not too far from airport. Bed and pillow comfortable, clean, good housekeeping, safe in room, complimentary ride to the airport in comfort.
Our room had AC but it blew at the head of the bed which is a problem for me, so couldn't use at night. Shower could be a bit more enclosed to keep the water in the shower and not at the toilet area outside the shower. Constant Bathroom ventilation was good to keep down the sewer smells common with Asian bathroom plumbing due to improper traps and seals, but had to get used to the slight fan sound at first but closing the bathroom door kept the sound down greatly.

The water heater was broken in my room, so I had to take 2 cold showers. But the staff tried very hard to fix it. It just couldn't be done in time. No big deal.
