朝食ビュッフェが種類が多くて良かった。部屋も広くて綺麗だった。飲み物用の氷を依頼したところ、部屋まで持って来てくれた。

Cons:

チェックインして部屋に入り、冷蔵庫を開けたところ、ガラスボトルの水が飲み掛けだった。おそらく前の客が飲んだそのままの状態だったのだろう。持参したペットボトルの水を持っていたので特に気に留めなかったのだが、チェックアウトの際に冷蔵庫の水の請求をされそうになった。最初からその状態であったことを説明し、解決したので特に問題は無かった。

Good but not excellent.
Pros:

Professional members of staff, arrival drink given to me, size and comfort of the bed.

Cons:

Swimming pool area too noisy and crowded by kids playing, shouting, swimming in any directions.
I found the view from that room ugly.

Pros:

Hotel pool area was large and amazing. Lovely dining room.

Cons:

Rubbish on the beaches and in the river. Dead dog floating! Noisy, screaming children in rooms next door with no adult supervision.

Great place to stay for Phong Nha trips and to see Dong Hoi
Pros:

Gorgeous hotel with comfortable, spacious rooms and great views too!

The staff were also incredibly friendly too everywhere we went in the hotel! 😊

Cons:

Not much, the hotel is great value for money but the restaurant felt a bit chaotic for dinner.

The staff were very friendly in the restaurant though so we didn’t really mind too much, so don’t let that put you off staying or eating here.
