Good Facilities Bad delivery
Pros:

Modern clean building good location

Cons:

I think management needs to take a bit more interest in there operations, and get themselves and their staff OFF THEIR MOBILE PHONES.
- Food, Ate there twice simple order pizza
1st night took forever came out cold, ok can happen.
2nd night again kept it simple as it was just myself waited over 45min not once did anyone come to my table and ask if I wanted a drink or something, in the end I had them deliver it to my room. Got tired of waiting and couldn’t be bothered to get the attention of staff for another drink.
The occupancy’s would have been 20-30% so not to busy.
- Front desk my flight was an late afternoon flight, so requested a later checkout with the offer to pay, was happy to stay in the same room, they wanted to charge me 70% of the room rate for 4.5hrs, with that I left and went to the hotel next door where the cost for the whole night inc breakfast was 50% cheaper than what they wanted for 5hrs such a loss of easy money.
Clearly this is not aimed at all of the staff there were some that genuinely wanted to help.

Das Zimmer mit der Aussicht aus der 19'ten Etage, sensationell. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und war auf meiner Reise das beste. Ein 24/7 Gym, fantastisch.

Сначала о отеле, Красавец, шикарные номера, большие! Зуб паста, зуб щётка , расчёска, халаты, шлепки, фен, душ, ванна . Бар платный. Бассейн бесплатный. Завтраки очень хорошие, хороший выбор и вкусно!! В последний день мы попросили коробочку взять с собой булочку. Нам принесли и пакет и не большой контейнер. Персонал великолепный, молодцы нам помогли забронировать тур на лодках и мы через букинг нечаянно взяли даты на один день позже чем купили билеты на поезд. Нам отменили один день в кредит отелю и мы на эти деньги шиканули заказали массаж я вам очень рекомендую!! Я, взяла за 1.2 мл(50$) 120 минут (20 мин в молоке, 1 час массаж, 30 мин массаж, мытье головы и фен) на 1.5 мл поужинали(55$)на четверых с коктелями и мраморной говядиной, суп фо. На каждый день дают скидочные талоны 20%
В городе делать нечего от слова совсем. Внизу в 2 мин овощной базар.
