Leider wird man als gast nicht geschätzt und der service der gebuchten leistung wurde nicht richtig erbracht

Cons:

Es wurde die voucher nicht verteilt wie in der Buchung angegeben 2x115000 dong, warscheinlich haben sich die mitarbeiter den Voucher eingesteckt. Ich wurde dazu gedrängt im vorfeld auf das vietnamesische konto zu bezahlen obwohl ich auch hätte im der unterkunft bei anreise bezahlen können.zusätzlich wurde ich bei whatsapp durch die Unterkunft kontaktiert was nicht erlaubt ist laut den allgemeinen geschäftsbedingungen von booking.com. Service der Mitarbeiter sehr schlecht was für Vietnam unüblich ist!

Anh nhân viên thường trực ở bể bơi năm nào vào nghỉ cũng gặp. Anh nên nở nụ cười với khách một cách thật lòng và thân thiện hơn thì tốt. Ngoài ra, anh không nên lướt tiktok bật tiếng to lúc ngồi trực ở quầy check-in bể bơi. Nếu bật tiếng thì nên đeo tai nghe vào. Điều này sẽ giúp khách có cảm giác yên tĩnh hơn. Tuy nhiên, tôi quan sát thấy anh cũng cực kỳ chăm chỉ, trách nhiệm,hoàn thành tốt nhiệm vụ đi tuần, dọn khăn, tắt đèn, gạt nước trên sàn. Các cháu bé và phụ huynh mua vé lượt thường xuyên vứt lại khăn treo bừa bãi trong phòng tắm hoặc vứt dưới sàn, và thường xuyên để mở toang các cánh tủ đồ sau khi thay đồ để đi về. Điều này khá gây khó chịu cho những khách mong muốn một môi trường lịch sự và văn minh.

the humming sound kills
Pros:

set right along the poetic beauty of the Nhật Lệ river, the setting felt incredibly serene. taking an early morning walk by the water was truly a blessing. i would gladly return just to experience this riverside again

Cons:

i chose this hotel for its riverside location and expected a pleasant view and atmosphere, especially after seeing photos of the large windows and glass walls. however, once in the room i realized the windows were sealed shut. not only was there no way to let in fresh air, but the room also felt damp, with condensation covering the glass surfaces when i checked in.

i am highly sensitive to scents and had noted this on my booking and in advance emails. the hotel kindly confirmed they understood, yet when i arrived late in the evening after a long workday, the room was strongly fragranced, which was unexpected and uncomfortable.

there was also a persistent low humming sound throughout the building, likely from the ventilation system. it created a constant bass-like noise that made rest difficult and left the space feeling subtly stressful. the staff tried to help and moved me through three different rooms, including an upgrade, but the noise appeared to be structural and remained unchanged. after the third move i was too exhausted and tried to sleep with high-grade earplugs, but it was still very difficult to fall and stay asleep.

i would not recommend this property for light sleepers or guests who are particularly sensitive to air quality or scent.

Nothing, the hotel was great. Just be aware there is nothing to do in this area most people use it was a stop off.
