Pros:

We reserved a room over a month in advance. The day of our check in I texted the management of Tranquil Sunset to let them know that we were in Soufriere, the very south of the island and on our way up to schedule a check in time. To our surprise, the management of Tranquil Sunset texted back saying that they overbooked our reservation and that it was not possible to stay with them. Imagine receiving these news in the middle of high season and without proper Internet connection to find a suitable alternative. Very unprofessional and a horrible experience in St. Lucia!! Unfortunately when people in New York ask me about my few days in St. Lucia I have to explain this incident, adding a negative note to my trip experience thanks to the management of Tranquil Sunset. Beware it may happen to you as well and the worst thing is that they didn't even bother to notify us in advance. If it wasn't for me reaching out to agree on time to check in we would have driven all the way to the hotel and waste additional time on a beautiful day. I do not recommend booking this place!
