recepção péssima, estava chovendo quando cheguei de um passeio e a entrada é descoberta, nem para abrirem a porta e me levar um guarda-chuva até o carro, pelo preço cobrado e tendo concierge 24 horas seria o mínimo ir buscar o hóspede com um guarda-chuva

Parabéns em especial para os funcionárias Cássia e Anderson extremamente gentis, atenciosos e cordiais a todo instante.
Minha nora para o hotel é 9,9, só não dei 10. Pelo deslize do restaurante. Na nossa ceia, avisei antecipadamente que éramos alérgicas. E infelizmente nosso prazo teve contaminação cruzada.

Quarto muito confortável, muito limpo e a decoração linda! Os presentinhos são um toque especial!
Atendimento, infraestrutura, acomodações e alimentação formidável. Fazem jus ao nome Boutique, você se sente muito bem recebido e cuidado. Eles arrumam seu quarto varias vezes ao dia e preparam o quarto para dormirmos com brigadeiro na cabeceira. O atendimento é muito atencioso. O restaurante para café da manhã e outras refeições é maravilhoso, com refeições que são obra de arte e de sabor divino.
Piscina poderia ser maior, mas mesmo assim muito boa e climatizada.
