A experiência deixou a desejar quando em nosso apartamento o frigobar não funcionava. Solicitamos a verificação 4 vezes para sermos atendidos. Substituíram, mesmo assim, esta não gelava, apenas mantinha os itens frescos.

Que cancelaron la reserva realizada por booking, lo cual ya me había pasado en Novotel de Viña Del Mar. Solicitando realizar nuevamente pago en el lugar. Además trataron de mala forma a mi hermana en recepción, quien pedía que la ayudaran con la reserva que le estaban cancelando, además solicite que pusieran ropa de cama al sofá cama que estaba en la
Habitación en base a cómo publicaban en fotografía y no lo hicieron declarando no tener limpia la ropa de cama. En general el trato de la recepcionista dañó la tranquilidad que se buscaba y fue irrespetuosa frente a más pasajeros que llegaban sin importarle cómo se sentía mi hermana.
