Good location, clean and modern rooms! Pool and sauna was nice addition too. Staff friendly :)
No smart TV :( for such a modern space it was very surprising with no smart tv. Other than that great!
Ótima localização, no bairro Providência, a poucas quadras a pé do edifício Costa Costanera e do MUT - Mercado Urbano Tobalaba. Local relativamente seguro para caminhar. O hotel é moderno, com boa infraestrutura. Ótimo café da manhã.
A acomodação em que fiquei, embora limpa e confortável, não estava em boas condições de manutenção. A vedação acústica da porta de entrada do quarto não estava boa (o barulho do corredor invadia o quarto). O frigobar não funcionou perfeitamente.

La suite era muy cómoda y amplia, el baño con jacuzzi no se ve en todas las suites, por lo cual se agradece. El check-out es a una excelente hora , su ubicación cerca del costanera y de vida nocturna.
La verdad todo bien, quizás el bar tenía poco movimiento, pero nada más que eso.
É organizado e bem localizado.
É um hotel mais voltado para o corporativo (excelente para esta isso) mas como estávamos em família/crianças percebemos que não é uma estrutura para esta finalidade.

Close enough to walk to main street, but quiet and close to Moai. Great view of ocean and beautiful grounds. Staff was very friendly. Communication was great with timely answers to questions. Long front porch to take in view was fantastic. Dinette was just right for what we needed--small refrigerator, stove-top. Very comfortable bed.
The only thing that would have been a little nicer would be a countertop around the bathroom sink. Not bad if 1 person staying. On the plus side, it was a newer bathroom with a great shower.
