Great location in the heart of Santiago and Great view from the hotel. My room was not proper cleaned and there is a room for improvement regarding the Service like at the reception, restaurant or bar.

No me gustó que al reservar solo una noche, no se considera desayuno aún cuando en la descripción aparece con desayuno incluido. Deberían especificar que si te quedas solo una noche, este servicio no lo incluye.

A localização é fantástica, muito perto de tudo, os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos.
O café da manhã apesar de ter muitas opções, demoram a repor os ingredientes, sem bacon, ovo mexido frio, sopinha sem reposição...para a categoria do hotel não é admissível. Iluminação do quarto poderia ser melhor.
