el hotel esta muy bien, tal vez hubiera esperado un poco mas de calidad en los alimentos del desayuno. no estaban mal pero podrian ser un poco mejor en relacion a las estrellas del hotel.

La ubicación es excelente, habitaciones lindas y cómodas, buen desayuno, personal amable. Es la tercera vez este año que nos hospedamos con mi familia y esta vez pudimos además hacer uso de otros servicios, como la piscina y el gimnasio; así que todo estuvo perfecto.
Me encanta la ubicación, la zona es segura, hay muchas opciones de comida cerca, el personal es super amable, super dispuesto a ayudar, me encanta que ofrecen agua de filtro, las habitaciones impecables.
El desayuno podria mejorar un poco, mas ingredientes para la barra de ensalada.

Empezando por el medio de pago me pidieron tarjeta dólares crédito no débito.
No me dejaron hacer transferencia porque me dijeron que al ser de Perú se demoraba y debía pagarse ese día a pesar de yo quedarme 3 días por último si pagaba en pesos chilenos me dijeron que era mayor importe. Al final no me enviaron ni mi factura de pago.
Segundo el personal del segundo día que nos recibió antes de ingresar al comedor para el desayuno fue muy mal educada. Parece que no tenía ganas de atender a nadie y si es así mejor reubiquen a su personal a una rea donde no tenga que tratar directamente con huéspedes.
Una paga por el servicio no es gratis y aparece que me daban el servicio como un favor. A pesar de todo ello trate de mostrar mi mejor actitud pues estaba con mi sobrina.
Yo trabajo en hoteleria y con todo lo señalado la verdad que me deja mucho que desear de las formas y tratos del personal y sus políticas de cobro

Reservé para el 17 de octubre y puse que llegaría a las 01:00 Am del mismo 17, pero cuando llegué me dijeron que se consideraba como 16 en ese horario y no la fecha 17 por ende, me quedé sin reserva
