El desayuno es muy completo y variado, incluso ofrece café descafeinado! El hotel está muy cerca del shopping Costanera. Super recomendable

Limpeza do quarto e principalmente do banheiro (mal cheiro) e péssima qualidade das roupas de cama que estavam velhas e encardidas.

Es un poco engorroso llevar carro, porque no tienen estacionamiento propio.

Quarto carecendo de algumas manutenções; Televisão não é smart, desatualização com demandas atuais.
Adorei a suíte, quarto amplo, com uma boa salar de estar e cafeteira.
O máximo é ter 2 sanitários e a hidromassagem é ótima após um dia todo de caminhada.
Para uma suíte deveria ser andar mais alto. Uma pena não ter vista nenhuma ou ter vista do telhado.
