Excelente nuestra experiencia en Novotel Providencia. Habitación muy confortable, desayuno, limpieza, restaurante y la atención en general. Muy buena ubicación a 2 cuadras de Costanera Center. Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel.
Acomodações excelentes.
Almoço não foi satisfatório. Pedimos 2 pratos que não tinham nada de especial. Além de tudo chegaram frios, possivelmente por termos solicitado no bar/restaurante da cobertura, sendo que foram preparados no restaurante localizado no térreo.
A localização é perfeita, pois está perto de tudo. O café da manhã era delicioso. Os funcionários eram muito atenciosos. As instalações do quarto eram muito confortáveis. Recomendo.

El hotel en general es muy bueno, la ubicación, cerca del metro, cerca del Costanera Center, la habitación, la amabilidad del personal, el desayuno estaba muy bueno, harta variedad de cosas. Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos ahí con mi familia y estamos muy conformes con el hotel.
Atendimento dos funcionários, limpeza do quarto, amenidades fornecidas. Filtro de água no corredor e café da manhã muito bom.
