Great to look at but not hospitable nor functionality.
Pros:

The front desk staff were pleasant, the look of the hotel.

Cons:

The functionality of the hotel was bad. The long hallways was always filled with staff cleaning the rooms, they were on their phones didn't greet me when I spoke just in the way only each floor too. Maybe have a designated time? It took the hospitality feel away. The toilet paper holders were not functionality they were good to look at but the roll rolled off every time we used it. The shower had no where to place my toiletries cute but not functionality. The booking process was easy but felt deceitful because I know I ordered a room with roll out but check in said I didn't and had an upcharge fee. A few other customers were saying the same thing.

we enjoyed our stay there.
Pros:

the location was very convenient for the places we planned to visit, also liked the white bath robe very cozy I almost purchase one. when visiting the area in the future we will definitely consider booking there again.

the refrigerator in the room had a leak which I mentioned to the staff when we checked out
