Staff, one could help me. I paid $130a night to not get treated better

¡Una estadía excepcional!
Pros:

Desde que llegamos quedamos encantados. La habitación es hermosa, muy cómoda y se nota el cuidado en cada detalle. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio, el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfecto, el baño estaba como nuevo y la cama era increíblemente cómoda.

La piscina cubierta y el jacuzzi fueron de lo mejor de la experiencia: todo muy limpio, moderno, bien cuidado y perfecto para relajarse.

Otro gran punto a favor es que el hotel cuenta con muy buenas opciones para cenar y desayunar, así que no fue necesario salir. La comida estuvo deliciosa y con una excelente relación calidad-precio.

Sin duda fue una experiencia de 10/10. Volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí y lo recomendamos totalmente a quienes busquen comodidad, limpieza y excelentes instalaciones.

Cons:

Lo único que podría mejorar es la atención en la recepción. Durante nuestra estadía no encontramos personal bilingüe, lo que dificultó un poco la comunicación. Sería un gran valor agregado contar con al menos una persona que hablara inglés y español para atender a los huéspedes internacionales.

It was a memorable stay and we look forward to staying again.
Pros:

Location, amenities, feel of the hotel was excellent. Staff was very helpful, pleasant, and willing to help.

Cons:

Nothing i did not particularly like, just noted minor problems like our hotel room door (420) had some issues closing and one of the carabiners on the weight lifting machines was malfunctioning. Other than that, everything was excellent.

They gave us a complementary upgrade since it was our wedding day and complementary breakfeast. Ethan was working when we got there and he was incredibly sweet. The room was clean and comfortable, good light and comfortable bed.
