Я провів чудовий відпочинок у готелі “Вікторія” в Балчику і залишився дуже задоволений. Атмосфера тут дійсно домашня та затишна — відчуваєш себе не просто гостем, а бажаним другом. Персонал привітний, завжди готовий допомогти та підказати, створюючи особливу теплоту й комфорт.

Мій номер був чистий, доглянутий і охайний, із усім необхідним для зручного відпочинку. Локація дуже вдала: поруч море, набережна та головні визначні місця Балчика. Це особливо зручно для прогулянок.

Окремо хочу відзначити атмосферу спокою та турботи — саме те, чого так потребуєш на відпочинку. У мене залишилися лише приємні враження, і я обов’язково повернуся ще раз.

Щиро рекомендую готель “Вікторія” тим, хто цінує комфорт, душевність і теплий сімейний підхід. 💙

Trotz Nebensaison war dieses Urlaubshotel voll funktionsfähig und bot alle Leistungen an.
Pros:

Da die Übernachtungen während der Nebensaison erfolgten gab es keine weiteren Gäste in diesem Hotel. Das Personal konzentrierte sich daher mit ihrer Fürsorge und Frühstückszubereitung ausschließlich auf uns. Auf Parkgebühren wurde verzichtet, was in Baltschik nicht selbstverständlich ist.
Es wird etwas in deutscher Sprache gesprochen.

Cons:

Es gibt keine Kritikpunkte.

Ein privat geführtes sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel an zentraler Lage. Victoria und Danail waren äusserst zuvorkommend und herzlich. Der Service, die Qualität und die Sauberkeit lassen nichts zu wünschen übrig. Herzlichen Dank!

Everything. The location is perfect. Right in front of the Galleries,, half distance between the two beaches. The staff is very helpful and nice and the breakfast was delicious.
Everything is very new anc clean.
We had a wonderful vacation at Victoria and we'll come back for sure

Nu as fi scris deloc despre aceasta pensiune însă nu as vrea sa mai pățească și altcineva ceea ce am pățit eu la aceasta pensiune.Am luat 4 nopți cu pensiune completa.Cand am ajuns la cazare n-i s a spus că dacă vrem putem sa parcam în curte prețul fiind 20 leva iar mașina va fi în siguranță.Afara costă 10 leva însă am platit pentru curte.A doua zi deținătoarea pensiunii ne a spus să lăsăm mașină afara.Bineinteles că i am spus că pe timp de zi o las dar noaptea o bag în curte.S a supărat foarte tare când a auzit și cauta să se certe cu noi.Fara sa mai zicem mare lucru deși plătisem 2500 lei pentru o vacanta ne am luat lucrurile și am plecat.Nu mai zic ce mâncare ne a servit.O bucata de carne,tare de-ti rupeai dinții și cartofi congelați.Evitati aceasta pensiune,personalul este de o energie negativă greu de suportat.

Pros:

Hotelul se afla foarte aproape de zona de promenadă și de plaja Makai, fosta Nomad. De asemenea, se ajunge destul de repede și la plaja Centrala situată lângă portul de încărcare a vapoarelor. Venim de cativa ani la acest hotel și suntem foarte mulțumiți de felul în care suntem primiti de gazde. Hotelul este prietenos și cu animalele, printre puținele de acest fel din Balcik.

Cons:

Nu se pune problema sa nu ne placă ceva. Totul a fost foarte bine.

Personal foarte amabil,mâncare proaspătă în fiecare zi,oameni plăcuți, foarte atenți la amănunte, bine intenționați.

Cons:

Plaja putea fi mai aproape, dar totuși mișcarea după masă, către plajă, era binevenita.
