Pros:

Gute Lage. Nur ein paar Minuten zur U-Bahn Station und viele Restaurants und Läden in direkter Nähe Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Vom Preis-Leistungs Verhältniss excellent.

Cons:

Landestypisch leider kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten für Gepäck und Kleidung in den Zimmern.

Very good hotel for the price and close to Shinjuku via metro line.
Pros:

It was well communicated with nearby Shinjuku district. It was clean and the staff was helpful. Convenience stores nearby. Good location for the money and less crowded.

Cons:

Small room, but that is Tokio. Not much to eat or see around, but it wasn’t too crowded this way.

又、曙橋の駅からが良く分からず、お店の方に聞いて来た。

We love our stay in Pearl Hotel. Definitely worth it
Pros:

Location. It’s near to everything - train station, convenient stores, local shops, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We can easily go to the heart of Shibuya/Shinjuku. We love the quiet neighborhood vibe where the hotel is located.

Room size is quite small but that’s how it is in Japan, so it’s ok too.

Cons:

It’s very good for its price so we would consider staying there again if we’re visiting Tokyo again.

They could probably improve / add on the food choices at their restaurant. It’s too limited. BUT the good thing about the location is that there are nearby convenience stores and restos so it makes up for limited food in the hotel.

Nice local area near a metro station with convenience stores and restaurants nearby, 30 minute walk from the lively part of Shinjuku.

Cons:

Breakfast had a poor selection and was exactly the same every morning - don't expect a western style of breakfast. There was a kettle but no mugs, glasses or cups in the room - you are only offered plastic dixie cups even if you ask. There was no tea or coffee available in the room, only powdered green tea in the lobby. The rooms were small-ish and had no area to store clothing or suitcases, no shelves, closets, cabinets, etc, only hangers, don't expect to be able to unpack your luggage.
