Pros:

Nice local area near a metro station with convenience stores and restaurants nearby, 30 minute walk from the lively part of Shinjuku.

Cons:

Breakfast had a poor selection and was exactly the same every morning - don't expect a western style of breakfast. There was a kettle but no mugs, glasses or cups in the room - you are only offered plastic dixie cups even if you ask. There was no tea or coffee available in the room, only powdered green tea in the lobby. The rooms were small-ish and had no area to store clothing or suitcases, no shelves, closets, cabinets, etc, only hangers, don't expect to be able to unpack your luggage.

Good hotel. I recommend it. Save me in my Tokyo trip.
Pros:

It’s a good hotel. Clean, really good for a person and staying for a couple of days. The bed is so good, the bathroom is big, and the room is so good.

Cons:

Probably they will need more space for the luggage and store items.

Die Lage war in Ordnung, in einer Nebenstraße in Shinjuku und nahe der Metro.

Cons:

Ich kann die Bewertungen leider nicht nachvollziehen. Als wir in das Zimmer kamen, haben wir Bad und Zimmer selbst noch gesäubert, da es nicht sonderlich sauber war. Das Hotel und auch die Zimmer entsprechen einer sehr einfachen Ausstattung, die Größe der Zimmer ist wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos erkennbar sehr klein. Das Frühstück haben wir aufgrund der Qualität nur einmal besucht, sehr schade. Wir können das Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen und haben weitaus bessere Alternativen in ähnlichen Preisrahmen auf unserer Reise besucht.
