Pros:

The floor in which I was staying was very quiet. Breakfast was excellent. Room was large and position was quite good because along the river Neckar you could walk to the town center and the university campus easily.

Cons:

It was strange that the breakfast tables were empty (not prepared with dishes, napkins, forks, spoons and knives) and that at the end of your breakfast you had to put everything back into a robot serving as a moving shelf for dirty dishes. That felt slightly impersonal. Besides, the staff at the reception desk was not extremely welcoming (maybe just a wrong day). For the price/value rate, I would have expected something more cosy, warm, welcoming. In the room, there was only a small bottle of water, it would have been great to have some kettles to boil water and make tea or coffee. The bathroom was very large and clean, but the shampoo and shower gel were rather poor quality.

De locatie is prima: goed bereikbaar, gelegen in een rustige omgeving. Het centrum is bovendien gemakkelijk te voet te bereiken. Parkeren in de omgeving zonder probleem.

Cons:

We zijn medio oktober geweest tijdens een zonnig weekend. Het bedieningspaneel van de airco/ventilator bleek uitgeschakeld, waardoor er warme lucht werd geblazen. Door het zonnige weer liep de temperatuur in de kamer flink op, waardoor het er veel te warm was.
