Un hotel lindo con un restaurante horrible
Pros:

La piscina una maravilla caliente cómoda con su sauna . El personal muy amable.

Cons:

Su restaurante aplazado . Pedimos lasaña vegetariana y le pusieron ketchup . Cómo es posible que un plato de 90 bs lo hagan tan mal tan feo.
Lo mismo en el desayuno, debían tener más opciones otros tipos de huevo y no solo revuelto. Tenían waffles sin syrup . Solo había mermelada para poner a los waffles.

Хороший люксовый отель в безопасном районе
Pros:

Очень красивый отель! Все продумали до мелочей в дизайне: камины, картины, зона ресепшена, маленький дворик, шикарные декорации!

Номер просторный, красивый вид из панорамного окна! Отопление есть и в номере и в душевой-очень удобно!

Вкусный завтрак, довольно разнообразно! Фрукты просто супер, спасибо!

Мне понравился персонал, все очень милые, добрые, стараются сделать все, что могут, очень дружелюбно общаются!

Район хороший, чисты и спокойный. Все есть, топовые рестораны, магазины, недалеко до Valle de la Luna. До 11 вечера гуляли, не было проблем. Небольшой : далеко от центра. Ездить туда погулять выходит долго (минут 40 вечером по пробкам).

Понравился спа, пользовались каждый день! Хорошие сауны, просите за минут 30 включить их и будет кайф, джакузи и бассейн супер, вода теплая!

Есть стойка с бесплатным чаем, кокой и водой-спасибо! Мне было нужно! Есть кислород в отеле, многим помогал!

Спасибо, но напишу , как владелец бизнеса вашему владельцу, что можно исправить , чтобы к вам еще больше было лояльности и люди советовали вас больше 👇🏻 все таки небольшая лояльность и приятности добавят плюс к впечатлению

Cons:

Из минусов: даже если вы берёте люкс на три дня, заехать пораньше будет стоить денег. Минус ли это? С одной стороны -это нормально , чтобы делать бизнес. С другой стороны, если уш есть пустая комната и вы пустите людей раньше, отелю не будет затратно, а у людей останется очень приятное впечатление и захочется приехать еще и советовать друзьям. Даже в маленьких отелях нас часто пускали пораньше бесплатно.

Еще один минус: в 5 звездочном отеле с бассейном и спа нет халатов. Как так? Никто в путешествия свои халаты не возит. Приходилось идти в купальнике из номера в бассейн и обратно , это может смущать постояльцев.

Нет тапочек для бассейна, которые стоят дешево (обычные тряпочные). Опять же идти босиком и ходить в сауне босиком-странно? Продают их по 15$ US, что очень завышено. В аптеке такие же можно купить за 2$. Немного не красиво с их стороны и оставило впечатление. Я бы просто их добавила в номер.

Great hotel in the best part of La Paz.
Pros:

Really nice hotel, good facilities, attentive staff, in the most comfortable neighbourhood. Good breakfast, nice pool and good spa. Amazing rooftop bar.

Cons:

Only sad thing is that there is no one in the bar or the spa, so they warm it up just for you. It’s nice to have a private spa, but it would work better if more people go!

Cons:

No me informaron que desde un horario en particular contaban con una especie de tenedor libre y pues me enteré el último día... Sin duda me hubiera gustado haber podido ser participe a tiempo.

Følte meg trygg og godt ivaretatt av personalet. Alle var vennlige, hjelpsomme og gjorde en fantastisk jobb.
Pros:

Løsninger ble funnet, til mindre problemer.

Cons:

Mye festing på hotellets bar på lørdagene. Men alt foregikk kun til kl. 00:30 og deretter var det fredelig igjen.
