Great hotel in the best part of La Paz.
Pros:

Really nice hotel, good facilities, attentive staff, in the most comfortable neighbourhood. Good breakfast, nice pool and good spa. Amazing rooftop bar.

Cons:

Only sad thing is that there is no one in the bar or the spa, so they warm it up just for you. It’s nice to have a private spa, but it would work better if more people go!

No me informaron que desde un horario en particular contaban con una especie de tenedor libre y pues me enteré el último día... Sin duda me hubiera gustado haber podido ser participe a tiempo.

Følte meg trygg og godt ivaretatt av personalet. Alle var vennlige, hjelpsomme og gjorde en fantastisk jobb.
Pros:

Løsninger ble funnet, til mindre problemer.

Cons:

Mye festing på hotellets bar på lørdagene. Men alt foregikk kun til kl. 00:30 og deretter var det fredelig igjen.

Je ne suis pas de mauvaise foi alors nous pouvons dire que nous avons aimé la chambre et les équipements

Mais le simple fait de remettre en cause notre parole pour un simple petit déjeuner que l’on nous a dit inclus alors qu’on nous l’a fait payer a gâché tout le séjour. Ça n’est pas pour le montant mais pour le principe. L’hôtel ne s’est jamais remis en cause.

Et lorsqu’ils écrivent cela par mail ça résume l’état d’esprit, chacun jugera. « si le personnel de service ne vous a pas bien expliqué les choses, ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel. » ah bon donc c’est la nôtre

Cons:

L’accueil froid et hautain de monsieur A. qui tiendra son rôle jusqu’au bout. Alors oui désolé nous sommes des touristes et n’avons pas accédé à votre établissement en costard cravate.

Le fait de nous faire passer pour des menteurs pour un simple petit déjeuner alors que nous avions loué 2 chambres.

La situation géographique n’est pas du tout idéale loin du centre

Pros:

O quarto é bem espaçoso,o banheiro amplo com um chuveiro espetacular, limpeza impecável, café da manhã muito bom. O bar no topo com vista única merece destaque. Mas com certeza nosso maior destaque vai para o atendimento da equipe. Fomos bem recepcionados e bem tratados do início ao fim da estadia. Sentimos-nos muito bem com tanto carinho e atenção da equipe da recepção(sempre atentos a nos oferecer passeios, táxis, guarda-chuvas, sempre perguntando se precisávamos de algo), do café (que decorou nosso pedidos, nossos gostos), bem como da limpeza(procurando se adequar aos nossos horários mesmo quando esquecíamos de colocar a plaquinha na porta). Com certeza é um excelente hotel que tem um tratamento diferenciado!

Cons:

Quando demorávamos muito para descer para o café da manhã percebíamos que não havia reposição de algumas coisas. Embora não deixasse a desejar. Ocorre que indo mais cedo, tem mais opções.
