Sehr hübsches Hotel drei Minuten vom Mauritshuis entfernt (Museum, Mädchen mit dem Perlohring)
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt gegenüber dem Parlament, gut vom Bahnhof zu Fuß zu erreichen, sehr zentral gelegen.
Wir hatten ein Upgrade und ein schönes Apartment mit Blick in den Innenhof des Hotels. Sehr nettes Personal.
Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. An einigen Tagen gibt es nachmittags "Socialising" im Innenhof des Hotels und man bekommt Getränke und Snacks geboten.

Cons:

Man muss sich für das Frühstück Zeitfenster buchen, um einen Sitzplatz zu bekommen. Während unserem Aufenthalt März waren genug Plätze zum Frühstück frei, daher mussten wir keine Zeitfenster buchen.

Modern hotel achter een klassieke gevel!
Pros:

De ligging van het hotel is perfect, tegenover de hofvijver en Binnenhof. Dichtbij bezienswaardigheden. Ruime kamers met faciliteiten.

Cons:

Een dag van te voren ontving ik een email dat er gewerkt wordt aan het dak. Bij aankomst bleek de gehele binnenplaats volgebouwd met bouwstellingen en daardoor wat ongezellig. Als wij dit eerder hadden geweten, hadden we ander hotel gekozen. Tenslotte, de 2e ontbijtruimte was wat rommelig qua tafels en stoelen. Ontbijt zelf was goed! Wellicht had een korting als tegemoetkoming op zijn plaats geweest!

Comfortabele kamer op perfecte locatie
Pros:

Perfecte locatie om te voet de bezienswaardigheden te bezoeken of met de tram naar Scheveningen te gaan. Kamer was van alle gemakken voorzien met een compleet ingerichte keuken

Schönes Ambiente mit perfekter Lage aber falscher Reisezeitpunkt
Pros:

Die Lage ist super! Kurze Wege in die Altstadt. Ideale Anbindung an das öffentliches Verkehrssystem. Geschmackvolles Interieur in stilvollem Altbau. Schöne ruhige Zimmer, vernünftige Betten.

Cons:

Der Zeitpunkt der Reise war wohl ungünstig, denn das Glasdach im Empfangsbereich war wohl undicht, sodass ein aufwendiges Gerüst im Eingangsbereich vom schönen Gesamteindruck ablenkte. Das Frühstück wurde in viel zu kleinen Räumen präsentiert, sodass es alles andere als entspannt und gemütlich zuging. Das Personal war mir persönlich für diese Ausnahmesituation zu wenig präsent. Geschirr wurde nicht abgeräumt - der Gast räumte sein Tablett nach dem Frühstück in einen bereitgestellten Tablett- Wagen. Hier hätte ich mir mehr Engagement vom Personal situationsbedingt gewünscht.

voor een overnachting pur sang wel redelijk
Pros:

had een parkeerplek gereserveerd, maar dat bleek bij aankomst niet te kloppen, dus 100 euro betaald voor een parkeerplek in de buurt. Ontbijtzaal was echt te druk, dicht bij ellaar zittend. Kamer was beduidend anders dan in de folder.

Pros:

The location wise it was perfect as we were going to attend the Den Haag Half Marathon which was 7 min away from walking distance. And it is in the center of the city across the 2e kamer. Breakfast was good, I'd say average. The one thing that was a bit down is that the hotel was going under construction, so the lobby was a bit messy with metal poles. But we got complimentary stroopwafel for that.

We liked the room very much as it was divided into living room and the bed room. As we were traveling with our toddler, it was perfect to divide her sleeping place and ours with curtains that blocks the sun completely!

Cons:

The construction work. It is my own fault that I didn't bring my phone charger, but it would have been nice to have a different cables to borrow from the concierge.

Not bad, but we won't be returning as we didn't feel it was great value for money.

Great location, friendly staff.

Cons:

For a hotel in this category, there are some surprising deficiencies:
- unsightly stain on the cushion on one couch;
- very poor water pressure in the shower;
- WC's cistern takes an extremely long time to fill;
- single ply toilet paper;
- construction scaffolding in foyer area rendered the gym unusable and made movement in the foyer area quite challenging.

Fjn er te verblijven en wij gaan nooit meer ergens anders heen in Den Haag!
Pros:

Geweldig personeel, zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen. De lokatie is perfect, midden in Den Haag en toch rustig. Het ontbijt is uitstekend en verrassend, vooral het happy hour is een leuke verrassing.

Cons:

Wat te weinig licht in de kamers. In de slaapkamer hangt een mooie spiegel, maar daar is het te donker, je hebt er niks aan. De TV's zijn schitterend, maar zenders vallen steeds uit. Maar de rest maakt alles goed.
