So very happy we decided to stay here our 9 night stay in The Hague. Truly was an incredible stay.
Pros:

Staff amazing! Roxane Sakara Milena Matilda Aghan all deserve 10++++++ rating!
Bkfst awesome every day we were there. Happy Social hour was an added touch. Wish it could be extended another 30 min though. Laundry free to guests also another added plus. The location the BEST EVER! Rooms located perfectly so lots of quiet and privacy. Rooms spacious and having the little kitchenette came in so handy.

Cons:

The shower water in our room would not drain properly. Kept flowing out onto the bathroom floor!

Excellent Stay, Frustrating Parking Experience
Pros:

Location, location, location, nice friendly homey feeling, nice rooms, nice atmosphere, breakfast was good, and of course we were upgraded❤️

Cons:

The parking situation was the only disappointing part of our stay.

We had pre-booked parking through ParkBee, which worked perfectly at every other location we used during our trip—except at Staybridge.

On arrival, we were about 30 minutes early, so the gate would not open. I extended the booking and paid for the extra time through the app, but nothing happened. We tried leaving and entering again, still nothing. Eventually, I took a ticket and entered manually. At that point I was effectively paying twice, but I wanted to see if the system would recognize our booking the next day. It didn't, and I ended up paying an additional €30 just to exit.

Later that day we parked at Ziggo Dome using another ParkBee reservation, and it worked flawlessly. Other ParkBee locations also worked perfectly. The issue seemed specific to the Staybridge parking facility.

When we returned to the hotel that evening, the system again failed to open the gate, despite correctly reading our license plate. We contacted ParkBee support but only reached the automated system and were unable to get assistance. We then called the hotel reception, and a staff member kindly came down and opened the gate for us. We explained that we had already paid and that the system was not working properly. The following morning, everything suddenly worked as expected and the gate opened automatically.

However, when we returned later that day, the same problem occurred again. The system recognized the plate but refused to open. Once again, a hotel staff member had to come and let us in, and we registered our arrival in the app. Another member of staff also tried to contact ParkBee but was unable to reach a real person.

The final attempt to leave the parking garage was memorable. The gate once again refused to open. After several unsuccessful attempts, we called reception and a staff member came down. He explained that we would have to pay again to exit and that he could not open the gate.

Will man im Zentrum wohnen, ist man hier richtig. Reiseplanung und Kostenakzeptanz vorausgesetzt!
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt im Zentrum. Innenstadt fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Nice Hotel in a central yet quiet part of The Hague
Pros:

Nice room and a nice Hotel in the center of The Hague. Liked that the coffee machine was available all day and the little shop could be accessed 24/7 The breakfast was good and included.

Cons:

Room was a bit smaller than expected, small window on top floor so the Parliament view wasn't much of a view. During my five night stay nobody attempted to clean the room nor change the towels

Doesn't really fit the Staybridge brand
Pros:

First things first. The staff are very nice and this review is in no way a reflection of them. My main issue is with the hotel itself, a pleasant town house in a fairly well trafficked area of the city. The rooms facing the road do have some tram and traffic noise as others have mentioned. The windows are very large, and the curtains are electrically operated. Unfortunately the air conditioning is behind the position of the curtains so when you close them, you cut off most of the air circulation. In addition the kitchen didnt have any curtain at all, so there was light pollution even with the door closed to the main area. The room itself is largely cladded in wooden cupboards painted in a darkish blue. The overall feeling was slighly oppressive and dark. That is of course subjective. The room certainly could have done with a refresh - I found only one functioning USB slot in the entire appartment and the bathroom shower door wouldnt close properly, inundating the bathroom with water when I took showers. The different zones of the apartment are separated with partitions that are not full wall height - if you watch TV the person in the bed has no choice but to hear it. Finally, the breakfast area is painfully undersized and a ticketing system is in place to manage the number of people. In fact that pretty much sums up my thoughts - this place is undersized for a Staybridge and does not really fit the brand premise - it might be more suited to a Voco concept for example. A particular beef of mine to finish - it seems that the "new normal" of IHG is to have a small overpriced shop at reception. Rather than offering for example a single-use toothbrush or other "forgotten items" you now find yourself paying captive prices for these things. It's such a minor point but it sure makes you feel like you are just a customer to be shaken down.
