Loved the convienence of the location.
Pros:

It was very centrally located for visiting The Hague, and close to the train station. The free breakfast was excellent and the staff were very kind.

Pros:

Excellent location, very convenient on-site underground parking, in-room kitchen, laundry room with excellent equipment, and the social hour provided with complementary drinks and snacks. Staff were all super professional, friendly and helpful.

Heerlijk gastvrij verblijf
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst en contacten. Super ontbijt. Midden in het hart van de stad.

Cons:

Jammer van uitzichtloosheid kamer. Boven garagedeur levert geluidsoverlast. Tussenmuren zijn weinig geluidsisolerend. Gelukkig maar 1 nacht buren.

Pros:

De ligging van het hotel en de tram verbindingen.

Cons:

De hitte op de kamer. Het was zo warm op de kamer en we konden dit niet veranderen, wel de airco aan gehad maar dit slaat weer op je luchtwegen. Een raam openzetten dat ging niet.

Alles prima/goed behalve de keuken
Pros:

Fijne handige locatie midden in het centrum, tramhalte voor de deur en uitzicht op de hofvijver. Goed ontbijt (inbegrepen) en goede koffie (ingegrepen). Prima suite. Bed was ook prima, nette badkamer. Was ook goed schoon maar ze waren wel vergeten onder de slaapbank te stofzuigen.

Cons:

Niet veel, alleen zijn ze wat raar met servies en bestek. Er staat op booking dat je een kamer boekt met keuken met keukengerei. Echter zijn de keukenkastjes volledig leeg, geen borden, geen wijnglas, geen bestek, geen theedoek, geen pan, niets. We vroegen bij de receptie om borden voor onze takeout, toen gaven ze eerst aan dat die alleen voor gasten zijn die langer dan 7 nachten verblijven. Nadat we hadden opgezocht dat we toch echt een verblijf inclusief keukengerei hadden geboekt, terug naar beneden gelopen. Toen stond er een andere medewerker bij de receptie die aangaf dat we het gewoon uit de kast beneden mochten pakken.

Nou waren we niet van plan voor een weekendje weg nou uitgebreid te koken maar dit is gewoon raar. Zet er toch gewoon wat basics neer, hoog desnoods de prijs met een paar euro op als het anders niet uit kan, want dit is wel heel onpraktisch!

Très bien pour une escapade à La Haye. Super emplacement.
Pros:

L'hôtel est beau et bien tenu. La chambre était grande. Le personnel est très sympathique. Le choix pour le petit-déjeuner était assez varié. J'ai pu stationner ma voiture dans le parking malgré une arrivée sur place assez matinale. L'emplacement est parfait par rapport au centre-ville. La documentation dans la chambre est appréciable.

Cons:

L'impossibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre de sa chambre (atrium). L'absence totale d'ustensiles et de vaisselles dans la cuisine intégrée à la chambre. Le fait que le petit-déjeuner se prenne dans le hall d'entrée de l'hôtel est un peu surprenant.

Fabulous if you want a good weekend to visit The Hague.

Cons:

Quite expensive for a weekend but about level with other hotels. The car park is very tight to get into and out from.
