Donkere suite, begane grond suite waardoor weinig privacy, personeel spreekt geen Nederlands. Ontbijt in tijdsblokken

Great location, handy for trams and shops and restaurants
Roomy bathroom with plenty of shelves
Appearance of building at the front… the old facade has been kept
The communal living room was a pleasant and comfy space
The 24/7 coffee and tea was a lovely idea but the coffee was pretty unpleasant
Very quick and efficient maintenance man, when we had an issue with the lock

Cons:

Time allocations for breakfast: we had to fit round the hotel rather than having breakfast when we wanted to!
Breakfast items not always kept stocked up…most days were fine but on our first morning we turned up at 9 as allocated and found that the only hot food left were 2 eggs. And no fruit salad.
The worst thing about the stay was that even when we turned up to our room it smelt very stale and unpleasant. The corridors and rooms were sealed eg the windows of the room did not open. There was air con but seemed very complicated and there were no instructions so it was not surprising that the air smelt unfresh from everyone who had stayed before. We didn’t use the cooking facilities at all, thank heavens- would have been even more smelly.
Ugly modern building behind the lovely facade.
There was no view at all from our room other than a wall and windows of another building a few metres away.

Prachtig hotel, zeker een aanrader!!!
Pros:

Weekendje DenHaag voor de verjaardag van mijn vriendin. Had dat vermeld bij de boeking. De kamer was versierd met heel wat ballonnen, we kregen ook nog een fles champagne, een doosje chocolaatjes en heel Wmwat paaseitjes. Echt een super fijne verrassing. Personeel erg vriendelijk. Hotel en kamer erg mooi en netjes. Perfecte ligging rechttegenover parlement en Mauritiushuis. Ontbijt uitgebreid en lekker. Prijs/kwaliteit echt top. Zou hier zeker opnieuw verblijven bij een volgend bezoek. Een aanrader.

So weit so gut
Pros:

Die Zentrale Lage zur Innenstadt. Die Nähe zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln vor allem die direkte Verbindung vom Bahnhof zum Hotel. Das Personal war sehr bemüht.

Cons:

Leider mussten im Innenhof des Hotels Bauarbeiten durchgeführt werden, es wurde ein Baugerüst aufgestellt. War aber sicher notwendig, denn im Dachbereich wurden Dichtungsarbeiten durchgeführt.
Zum Frühstück ist es zu den Stoßzeiten manchmal zu Engpässen bei diversen Speisen gekommen

Pros:

Uitstekende locatie in het hart van den Haag maar toch rustig. Mooie grote kamers en leuke inrichting, heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt!

Cons:

Kamer had een raam met uitzicht op het indoor binnenstuk met receptie maar raam kon niet open. Hierdoor best warm in de kamer. Aangegeven bij receptie die zeer behulpzaam waren en temperatuur van verwarming kwamen checken maar was helaas niet mogelijk om deze lager te zetten.
