Great customer service at the Hotel

Great service by all the front desk staff. Rooms are abit dated n limited dining options around surrounding areas.

Unfortunately the property is run down and unclened, I got a lunge infection as a result. They initially put me in an dusty room that had noisy neighbour that went on till after midnight. Lucky I spoke with a very helpful manager that was on duty that night, Mr Fikri who was very helpful and find me a room that was less unclean and quieter. I return back to my country unfortunately with a severe lung infection because of the condition of the hotel room. I am still recovering after well a week in. the breakfast was basic and ok. the view from the room was blocked. it is an ok budget hotel but be careful with the dust level of this hotel.

Hotel was good but area is not nice. Near to the MRT station.

The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located near multiple restaurants and the LRT metro system. Also, two doors down from the hotel is a laundry where they will wash, dry and fold your laundry for 10 RM. This is my second stay here and I will be back!

Staff are very friendly include the security guards . I nvr expect to get a cold towel when check in. Everything was good, room was nice, the only thing is the bathroom dirty especially the floor in bath area

Excellent staff, breakfasts, cleanliness all superb!

There was nothing that we did not like, All staff were excellent. The breakfasts were varied and abundant.
Our room was everything we would need and most comfortable. This Hotel is diffidently at the four star level.

Great lobby with plenty of elevators.
We have a great room at an affordable cost.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, it was nice of them to upgrade our room. However the overall maintenance of the room can be better. The bathroom had stains on the floor, sink and toilet were not too clean either. There was also no phone in the room call the front desk.

Room was old bathroom old not clean windows leak water after rain water puddles on floor.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok nothing special.

Reasonable pricing and cooperative staff

Nice hotel, easy to find, lots of resteraunts in the area. Hotel was comfortable, clean and excellent staff.
Only draw back is theres not a pool

Overall good stay with this price, is just the water pressure a bit low compared to my hometown 😁
