В данном месте обманывают, это мне не понравилось, и как после я почитала отзывы-схема одна и та же, на букинг предлагают один номер-примерно на 2-м этаже и выше, а в реале приезжаешь и тебя пытаются поселить в номер на 1 этаже, где стоит вонь плесени и он совсем не такой, как на фото в букинге, говорят, что все другие заняты, да и цены у них другие…когда начинаешь возмущаться, все-таки показывают номер, который ты снял на букинге, но говорят, что он занят на неделю и вы вообще это не бронили, потом предлагают соседний номер, он уже с балконом (я арендовала без балкона), но и цена как бы у него другая, в итоге пришлось доплачивать, потому что очень устали с дороги, но прошу сайт обратить внимание, что моя жалоба не первая на этот гест хаус и их действия как под копирку. Номера выше 1 этажа более менее, не люкс, довольно пошарпаны, но мы и не расчитывали на люкс по этой цене, если бы не такой наглый обман, оценка была бы нормальной, ненавижу когда из меня пытаются сделать дурочку! И да, я промониторила все самые непопулярные даты заезда-фото с номера 1 этажа в букинге нет!

Расположение, вид из окна. Номер теплый.

Cons:

Все немного подустало. Шторы и занавески требуют обновления, в душевой все течет начиная с лейки и заканчивая негерметичным поддоном, мебель на балконе не соответствует открывающемуся виду с него. В душевой шампунь некуда поставить только на поддон. Кроме шампуня и мыла ничего не предоставляется (нет геля, лосьона). Тапочки - печаль, а без них на полу прохладно. Уборка не каждый день.
Под окнами ходит метро, его слышно. И слышно как течёт вода в батареях.

Ни о какой скидке на день рождения не рассчитывайте, а у нас их было два(

Цена завышена.

I couldn’t stay, they asked me to cancel the reservation before I could check in.

Location is good

Cons:

„pet friendly“ tag unjustified, they cancelled my reservation before I could check in.
No parking as advertised, if you feel lucky to find a free spot on the streets, hat and unsafe.

Если вы путешествуете на легке и готовы к шуму, рекомендую данный объект проживания с видом на море
Pros:

Расположение в историческом квартале , близко к Голубой Мечети и Айя-Софии. Номер просторный, есть зона кухни. Взяли номер с видом на море - был такой вид и с видом на море и с видом на трамвайные пути прям под окнами.

Cons:

За 4 ночи не разу не сменили полотенца и не было уборки в номере. Шумно до 12 ночи и с 6 утра ходит трамвай под окнами каждые 20 минут. Нет лифта, поднимать и спускать чемодан по ступенькам с 3 этажа трудно. И очень слабый сигнал вай-фай (интернет) в номере.

Pros:

Estancia muy positiva en este hotel. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de los principales puntos de interés y con buenas conexiones de transporte. Esto hizo que movernos por la ciudad fuera muy fácil.
La habitación era amplia, moderna y muy bien cuidada. Destacar también la tranquilidad del lugar, ideal para descansar después de un día de turismo.
El trato del personal fue excelente, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudar. En general, una experiencia muy recomendable. ¡Volvería sin dudarlo!
