Pros:

Estancia muy positiva en este hotel. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de los principales puntos de interés y con buenas conexiones de transporte. Esto hizo que movernos por la ciudad fuera muy fácil.
La habitación era amplia, moderna y muy bien cuidada. Destacar también la tranquilidad del lugar, ideal para descansar después de un día de turismo.
El trato del personal fue excelente, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudar. En general, una experiencia muy recomendable. ¡Volvería sin dudarlo!

Душевный приём и идеальное расположение, а ещё очень бюджетно
Pros:

Идеальное расположение, до основных достопримечательностей не более 10 минут. Очень приветливые хозяйка и Гуля.

Cons:

Т.к. жили на первом этаже, то звуки с улицы мешали. А закрыть окно - душно. Кондиционер не включали, предпочитаем свежий воздух.

Buena ubicación, mala atención

La señora que atiende debe de hacer un curso en atención al cliente, la excusa de no saber el idioma, no le hace exenta de la buena educación. Es una persona muy grosera.

Very cozy, small, pink hotel - like home.
Pros:

I really liked it. This small hotel is in the very center on a quiet street, near Hagia Sophia. It was a very comfortable bed, the ability to cook your own food, a good bathroom.
The woman Gulya, very nice. She waited for me not until late at night to check in. Other hotels never wait so long. I was late, and arrived only at 1 am, but she waited for me. She showed me to my room and gave me tea.
I felt very comfortable and cozy in this room. I will definitely come here again.

Cons:

Opposite the hotel is an abandoned house with broken windows and no one lives there. It was a little scary to look out the window. But this is not the fault of this hotel. And this is not a problem. This is the very center of the city, it is very quiet and peaceful here. I walked alone at night in this area and I was not afraid.

Спасибо больше хозяйке и Гуле, при возникновении вопросов, стараются помочь, а также покажут помощь с трансфером. Месторасположение легко позволяет посетить все интересные места и достопримечательности Стамбула.
