Pleasant
Pros:

Staff were very friendly, the room is very basic, no frills

Cons:

There is not much facilities in the room although it's a big room. No kettle, no room slippers, and the mothball smell in the bathroom was very strong.

Great place to stay in Wonosari
Pros:

I like everything from this hotel. It's exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and huge (we stayed in a deluxe double room). All the amenities work well (hot water, television, air conditioner), and large parking space. For Moslem, they also provided praying mats and clothes. You can order breakfast in the hotel, but there were many other food options for breakfast around the hotel. Last, the staff were amazing. So, definitely will be back to Alzara next time we travel to Wonosari or Gunung Kidul.

Cons:

Almost none. Perhaps a bit maintenance, like replacing some tears wall paper in the bathroom.

Pleasant stay, but no breakfast provided.
Pros:

I was booked the hotel for my friend, he told me his stay at AlZara hotel was fine, pretty basic 3 star hotel. Very disappointing that they did NOT serve breakfast, you have to order via online food delivery. The staff are friendly enough, even though they staring at you sometimes, because obviously not many western stay in the hotel.

Pros:

Is Muslim-only, didn't show on the reservation. Couldn't sleep in same room. Rooms were cheap, yet overpriced. Worst rooms I've seen ever. Door lock to toilet fell off, trapping me. AC didn't work.
