Pros:

Breakfast was very good. There were long Ques some mornings. A good choice of food on offer.

Cons:

No real complaints during stay.

Pros:

Great location. Room was so spacious, happy hours were so good after a busy day, staff were also very helpful with holding onto luggage after checkout and calling taxis

Location good for long walks to popular sightseeing sites
Pros:

Everything we needed was within walking distance even though the Peace park was far but an enjoyable walk.
Reception area for drinks was brilliant and what a great view of the city & mountains.
Late night soup was a good adventure.

Cons:

Check in process was a little confusing, was not able to complete at kiosk.
Pillows were not comfortable, seems to be common in Japan.
Evening snacks are very simple as mainly a few crackers. Breakfast seemed too pricey.
Not many restaurants nearby.

中々他ホテルに比べるとお互い設定
Pros:

朝食にシャンパンが出たこと
前日時間が難しく飲めなかったし
朝食も野菜が豊富で何回もおかわりした
部屋が写真で見るより実際のが動線がよくよかった個人的にスタッフが日本人でそろっていた。

大浴場は脱衣ロッカーが少なく、空いてるところは、高すぎ
お風呂はいる前の水が設置してあるのが男風呂入り口よりで無理やり感がある、
休憩所がない。
話しかけた、スタッフに無視された。
インターゲート大阪梅田大浴場は２種類風呂があり、確か、サウナ完備だが広島はなく、残念
ハッピーアワー時間が１７時から１９時と観光から戻るには、早すぎて飲めなくて残念
茶漬けも２０時から２２時までと時間的に幅が欲しい

Pros:

大浴場が非常に良かった。出入り口にはウォーターサーバーが設備されていたり、体を洗う場所が多かったり良かったと感じた。
消臭スプレーもあるのは大変有り難かった。

Cons:

レストラン等があるため景色を眺めるため工場上は仕方のないことであるが、フロントが最上階のためチェックインとチェックアウトの人で混雑してしまってしまうこと。

Amazing place to stay in Hiroshima
Pros:

Large room for Japanese standards, comfortable pillows and bed. Food availability outstanding- different choices at different times of day free of charge on the top floor with great views. Staff eager to help with any issues.

Cons:

Self service check in was a bit weird but quick and efficient (not really a dislike).

Reasonable location for visiting the Peace Park
Pros:

Good sized room and large comfortable bed. Good breakfast and decent coffee.

Cons:

Quite a long walk from the station. Extremely busy at breakfast time, and had to wait for a while before a table was free. The motion sensor light by the entrance to the bathroom was quite annoying.
