Pros:

Our room was very spacious, which was a welcome change compared to other places we'd stayed in Japan.
Good central location close to the peace park. Tram stop close by, easy to get to transport links for train and then Miyajima ferry.
Staff booked us a taxi to the station when we checked out.
Very clean.
We didn't try the breakfast so cannot comment.

It was an OK stay
Pros:

I liked the location and the public baths and the room rate.

Cons:

There was no coffee in the room. We couldn’t get the temperature in the room comfortable.

The 14th floor lounge area makes it all worth it
Pros:

Good location in-between the station and memorial. Compact, clean room. Excellent 14th floor lounge area with free refreshments during the day

Cons:

Double bed was against the wall on one side, which makes it difficult to get in and out. Not enough cupboards or hanging space
