my room was a bit dreary needs new carpet a mirror in the room as well. fitness center ok needed some balls & mats for stretching.

Great location, facilities & service
Pros:

The location was superb. The rooms and facilities were clean at all times, and the staff extremely attentive, helpful and well informed.

The facilities were great. It was lovely to have a pool in such a central location and the restaurant and food was perfect for our needs. The breakfast provision in particular was broad and kept well stocked. Finally, the roof top bar was a nice touch with very welcoming staff.

Cons:

The arrangement of the facilities at the top of the building was a little odd, with the need to go through the pool area to get to the bar. Perhaps it may be possible to consider moving the pool to the rooftop too to make better use of this great space, and also provide more seating around the pool, which is very tight in its current configuration.

Great overnight stay
Pros:

We only stayed one night on our way to Ha Long Bay but it was great. Staff were incredibly helpful and professional and it is perfectly located in the middle of The French Quarter. Heaps of bars, restaurants and shopping right in your doorstep!
